Sounds like all you left behind was possessions and you had an insurance policy.

Somehow you managed to survived. You must have some type of e.s.p. or common sense.

Relatives don't usually help the Rich Uncle if he hits a bump in the road. They just hope that it doesn't affect their ability to ask for some $$$ from time-to-time.

What country is sending Aid to the US.....hmm? Then we ought to do likewise...!

I am not sure what point you are making. Many countries will send aid. Australia has always sent aid and private donations in times like these. It does not matter who the country is. We will help as we are able. We always do. We always will. Our agencies are already on the move!

There is no conspiracy here people, just destruction. Go find a NWO thread if you want to troll.

If you do not want conspiracy maybe you would be better on MSM forum instead

When people said Frankenstorm they were not kidding. This storm really is destroying everything in it`s path. Massive waves and flooding. Wow! It is going to take a while to get things back to normal.

I remember some people on Youtube complaining about evacuation and how people should have a choice; I wonder if those people are still complaining about it? When everyone say get out of an area because a super storm is coming; you listen and do.

I don't CARE about your opinions

What are you doing posting in a debating conspiracy forum if you do not want peoples opinions. Would you prefer if we just read you opinions concerning this storm and left it at that

I wonder how this storm will rank in U.S. History in terms of property damage? (In inflation adjusted dollars)Maybe in the top 5? Sandy was probably the biggest in terms of population negatively affected.

Thanks. It is just common sense to have good insurance cover. I was sitting on my stairs with my kids watching a meter of water move through the house like a non stop freight train. The house creaks, things snap! You worry for the safety of your children should the building give way. Your thoughts are chaotic. The fridge and freezer float and you find that amusing. One child needs to take a leak. You just point to the water flow and say "go for it".

The next few days just feel like you are a zombie. All of your neighbors are walking around like zombies, stupefied and stressed to the max.

Not a good reality to be in. The problem is the sheer amount of time and effort it takes to get back to normal.

That's funny considering the vast majority of what was in its path is still standing.

Well i know the feeling ut i did evacuate my young ones (although not necessary) to higher ground efore hand during rita. Mainly because of katrina just weeks before.

I can damn near guarantee you that your young survivors are better off than the average kiddo because of their survival. As far as the insurance goes i have never understood the difference in gambling at the casino tables or with the certified insurance companies. Point being is that chances are that $h!t will happen again by GOD or government.

Regardless of my bs may survival and peace be upon all in despair tonight.

Oh yea i almost forgot What is NORMAL?
I will choose adversity over the states qua any day.

No not McDonald's, how will people eat now....

Joking off-course, that happens to be a fake picture.

On a more serious note, Umm! Ya! Nature!....Respect.

It's funny how a storm like this which in the history of storms on this planet and the kind of storms that mother nature can produce will make this one look like a molehill besides a mountain, in fact it seems this hurricane is a category 1, which is the lowest and weakest category, so it should not do that much damage. But if something like this can bring one of the more modern cities to its knees, well I do not think any of our great cities will stand the test of time and natures surprises.

There is a theory that our whole planet right now and for pretty much as long as humans have been around ice age and all has actually been in a mild period, and that the natural and more common state of the planet is not this calm serene blue sphere one were experiencing right now. It's natural state is a more crazy and wild atmosphere and ecosystem especially in the weather department.

So it can be something to the effect that if that all is true and when this mild period ends, storms like this, and many more things will become pretty common. But again lets just hope that its only a theory because if its not, and things start really heating up, well even with our so called advances it will all come crumbling down and in short time at that. In fact if they had no way to rebuild and get food into the cities that this storm hit from other places, they would turn into a giant death traps withing weeks and months, people would literally be starving especially in the concrete jungles like some parts of New York are, and chaos would ensue, and our spiffy grand sky scrapers will literally become nothing but giant tombs.

There are lots of fakes circulating right now, so keep in mind that even though this storm is devastating that pics that are going around should have a confirmation.

Peace, NRE.

Most of the fakes are extreme pictures

Well...i thought i put it in the "Fragile Earth" section.

If you wanted to talk "conspiracy", you should check out the other thread that i made, a few days ago...dukin' it out with an ATS "legend". Is HAARP feeding SANDY (the Conspiracy Side)

I was hoping to see more pictures, considering they've been coming in so fast; and less "conspiracy" talk. If i wanted to talk about "conspiracy"....i would have put it in the "conspiracy" section.

BTW....ATS is more than a "debating conspiracy forum" website. It DOES HAVE a pretty good search engine.

err no your wrong , and your understanding of what you think is happening is also wrong .
You are loading a JPEG which is compressed into something that can be used to show compression and telling us there is compression there.?......and that thisproves it is fake? ......can you see what you are doing wrong?

That and the other images of for example the taxis from a rescue helicopter from about 60 different angles , and the cars in the maroon water etc

 Considering the much higher populations of other cities worldwide, calling NYC the "world's busiest city" is up for a crapload of debate. Drop the hyperbole, would you? Settle the frick down. NYC & NE got wet & waterlogged, had winds make a huge mess, and ZOMG, has no power for the moment. Big. Deal. They'll dry out, the messes will get cleaned up, and the electric will come back on. It's not the end of the world, just a clean up with a bigger price tag than most. Do you really think that area is that special, that a weather event that that doesn't seem to be slowing people down the day after is going to bring the planet to it's knees? Get real.

As far as NJ goes, I figured Mother Nature had enough of Snooki & decided to try to take her out. I hear she missed her mark. All that collateral damage for nothing

You're an idiot.

If this has happened in New York, and upper east coast, the last time it hit up there was before this country was even settled.
