I don't get it....
Is the OP trying to say to vote for Romney instead? I mean there's enough incriminating sh*t for both sides...
And if the OP is trying to tell us to watch this vid and vote for Romney instead...cmon now. That's plain dumb.

Now, if the OP is telling us Obama is a bad apple as well as Romney (which everyone should know) then that would make more logical sense.

OP, can you clarify which one of these you're trying to do? You've been dodging the question from the first page

Oh, I see.

You still think we the people decide?!

How cute!
If you're as educated as you seem to think you are, and you know that ''we the people don't decide'', then why the hell are you babbling about Obama in the first place? I'm no fan of the guy, and I'm not right, left, dem, or repub. This country has been on a downward spiral for quite some time now, wayyyy before this guy got into office? 911, The Patriot Act, the creation of The Department of Homeland Security, wiretapping of American citizens, two bullsh!+, illegal wars, the corporate bailouts...I could go on for days. Whose watch was all of that on? And it didn't even take Bush a complete 8 years to fvkk this place up. What I'm saying is they are ALL puppets, whether you find them charming and articulate, or not. Whether anyone wants to believe it or not, none of us have a ''dog in this fight'', because corporate America and the puppet masters OWN them. It amazes me when I see the political bickering here on ATS,especially when we all pretty much know the whole thing's a sham. Collectively, we could POSSIBLY change somethings, but evidently, their divide and conquer tactics are working to a tee, and it's business as usual.

Yup. It's really sad. Collectively we could. But, with the government that we have, we won't.

*sigh*

I don't think Obama is a "bad apple." (Yet.) I think he has some growing to do as a leader, and Congress needs to get their panties untwisted and work together for the improvement of our own country.

More war is not what we need. More wealth to the already-wealthy is not what we need. We need, as poloblack pointed out, to work TOGETHER, and get over the partisan crap.

Personally, I would rather have in the White House a man who has boots-on-the-ground experience in community action, and an awareness (from LIFE EXPERIENCE) of what it's like to be disenfranchised, raised by a single parent, and dealing with racial issues.

Is he perfect? NO!!!!!! Is he a strong leader? Not yet. But that doesn't mean he can't make some (more) progress fixing what was wrong. When I look at Romney, all I see is hypocrisy and lip-service.

Too much "religion", too much "money", and too little "life experience" that can help him relate to the plight of those who've been destroyed by the corporate OWNERSHIP of Congress. He can never, in a million consecutive terms, get it. To him, it's charts and graphs and "whiners" and "entitled lazy people". THAT is simply not true, and we can't expect him to understand it EVER. Therefore, he is not a competent individual to unravel this mess.

In my opinion.
(Plus, he just seems sleazy to me.)

You're right, though......so is everyone who acknowledges that we "the people" aren't really "the people" who decide these things. Still, I don't think it's a "done deal."

Have you not heard of NDAA, NDRP and the American citizen killed in Yemen? All of these have been orchestrated by the Obama Administration.

Indeed. I won't be voting, but IMO, I would rather vote for Obama, simply because we've seen what he has done in office, compared to what he said he would do. He hasn't delivered on everything he promised (what President ever does), and there are a few things that went un-dealt with. But Romney...I don't even know what he's planning to do. He's changed his position on so many things that I don't even think he knows what he wants to do.

And I would rather have a President that knows what the hell he intends to do than a President that is full of surprises, good or bad.

Simple as that. No one should ever vote for someone just because they don't like the other person. You should have alot more reasons than that. And painting one person bad and not doing the same to the other person? Cmon. We all know what agenda that is trying to accomplish. Wish this country had smarter voters. Obama & Romney, imo, are both undeserving of the title of POTUS, but the things the way they are now? Hell I'd rather have sh*t as f*cked up as they are now than f*cking them up even more.

Obama may be crapp, but next to Romney he is a saint. Better of two evils.
I wish there was a box labled "no one" and if it was the majority then we started over with new canidates.

Brewster’s millions. Vote for none of the above.

They actually had to take that off the ballet in one state because they were afraid none of the above would win.
Otherwise I would change my name to that.
Then rule the world.

As much as I disagree with a ton of Obama's policies...that video's based on material by Citizens United, the group who gave us "corporations are people".

Yes, I and others aren't happy with everything Obama has done...but Romney would have done all that AND worse. Choosing someone worse just because you don't like the current situation doesn't make any sense.

What the US needs is money OUT OF politics and media who allow 3rd party candidates.

You may be correct about Obama, but I sure as hell can't in good conscience vote for the likes of Romney either. We are screwed either way! Obama might make things worse, but there is no doubt in my mind that Romney would make them worse too.

I wish the majority would wake up and realize that we do not have a two party system here in the US. That there are other parties and it is okay to vote for someone other than rep. or dem.

Are you an informed voter?

Do you know Obama has/is violating the United States Constitution, making him a traitor to the USA?

Did you know Obama went to socialist conferences at Cooper Union and African fairs in Brooklyn and started lecturing his relatives until they became worried he’d become "one of those freaks you see on the streets around here."?

So you know Obama is a traitor (patriot act, NDAA,NDRP) No he is not the only one, we know Bush and anyone who put their support in the programs are as well.

You know, or in the least can assume he is a socialist, not only because of his past, but from the things he says now.

As an informed voter, can you tell me why you would vote for this criminal, this anti-American traitor ?

Please don't get me wrong, I am in no way saying Romney would be better, in fact I'm saying he would probably be another traitor.

whats laughable is you think you only have two choices. This is one of the biggest frauds in americas voting history. Thinking that you have to choose either the democratic or republican major candidate. What about Gary Johnson? What about other candidates whom need their voices heard but are drowned out by the thundering sound of dump trucks full of money to endorse either side? You think you are voting for different but that is a lie. They make you think you have a choice, hide away the other players and put two show horses of the same owner in front of you to appease your need to "pick someone".

To be perfectly honest, you sound like a shill. Not saying you are but this is how it is sounding on this side of the room.

If you wish to keep the little dignity you have left, don't vote. It is also a good idea not to choose between eating the brown or the yellow snow.

Although I am not from the good ol' U.S of A I still think this OP should be rewarded with a star and that the thread needs to be flaged. The health of the USA concerns the world, not just the people in the states. Briefly,....the cancer needs to be cured.

For what it is worth, my intuition says that the treatment for restoring the health of the US should begin soon. And I mean really soon because there is not much time left. After that point restoring the USA (read world) will be a matter of hope and biblical preportions.

Docile, apathetic, listlessness, tepidness.....to be honest, some of those words I have never used while writing phrases in english but I am sure many of you understand where I would like to go with those words.

Yesterday I watched a docu about the new USS New York, a warship commisioned in 2009. The most unique characteristic of the ships construction process is that the bow stem was formed using steel from the World Trade Center (WTC). There are places in the ship with 911 memorabilia to make it a special ship for the crew and country.

Please, do not understand me wrong. I belief most of these soldiers are willing to die for a free and flourishing USA. These good soldiers are so intensly drilled (brainwashed) that their vision of the world has become the vision of the government. In itself obediance and trust of a soldier in his leaders is what make an army powerful. Unfortunately these soldiers serve corrupt masters.....and they are too blinded to see it. The conviction in their eyes and words make me understand the these men are far removed from an "alternative" truth.

When I heared the commander and some of the crew talk about what those items mean to them and that it will be a constant reminder to them for what they are fighting for, my understanding of what is going on in the USA fell a little bit more into place. The whole ship is a classic example of what "they" are doing for years to the american public: Show/ give the people what they expect and "evidence" that the government is innocent, make citizens patriots, wield patriotism as a weapon..... and use it against them when necessary.

O yeah..almost forgot...it is my believe that the US government has been hi-jacked many years ago and that what you see is all theatre. And now you know that is just the problem we are talking about. If Obama loses, it is in "their" interest some other president is (s)elected.

What an absolute load of crap! Citizen's United Productions? Please!!!!! Aren't they the same ones trying to sell us on the idea that Corporations are people too?

I watched the video and I voted for Obama!

While I don't agree with every single thing the President has done, or not done, I really never expected to. No matter who is elected and no matter how much you support them, you're not going to like every single thing they do and you'll never know all of the factors that led them to do what they did, because you're not the President.

On the other hand, to support the modern day TP/GOP agenda is just insane.

First please understand I am not an Obama supporter, besides Carter, in my opinion, Obama has to be the most unproductive regressive president we have had. But a lil different spin on things....ever think he was promoted as an african american with flaws (birth cert) just to shoot down his whole "hopey changey" theme with a world agenda?

i know it seems a little off but i was watching the video and the transformation from optimism to this lackluster black man promising changes that didnt come just doesnt add up....

look at the past rivals and current that would have really brought change in my opinion..Hillary...Ron Paul...they are kicked to the side and ridiculed but Obama is always center stage..like him or not.

The one thing that stuck out in the video to me was when the girl said "Its like you set fire to one side of the house to distract from the fact that the other side is crumbling down".

Kind of like look at the dancing puppet and hate him but dont look at the serious game changers we are kicking aside..

screw what he did or didnt do...its the fire and smoke....WHO is going to come up next to usher in either peace or war is my new concern...

who...
