What about Venezuela? Does that have fractional reserve banking or not? Does Hugo Chavez know what he's doing or his he a puppet?

chavez and venezuela are participants in the Global fund ... World Bank and IMF so yes, they are part of the FR system.

however, as recent as Sept 2012, Chavez claims to be separating Venezuela from the World Banking system. as of this date, i couldn't say for sure what their progress has been.

this link might help.

Venezuela will withdraw from the Washington-based lending organizations, the IMF and World Bank, in a symbolic move that distances leftist President Hugo Chavez from much of the international economic community
i highlighted the one phrase which supports my lingering doubts.

Thanks Honor. I'd like to think he'll do the right thing now that he's been elected again but we shall see.

you're welcome and as one who hopes the best for you and yours, i seriously doubt he'll breakaway from their grip like the ppl will be led to believe.

so, watch your developing "regulations" and such and you'll get a better picture of what's ahead. good luck.

Any country that prints its own money.
We can see Ron Paul cranking the presses in the White House.
White House fresh money.

Lincoln did it to pay off the war mongers of the Civil War.
Well not quite all until he was killed.
Did Garfield mention the FED in a bad way and got killed.
Ben Franklin over in England was asked why the colonies were doing so well.
Well England lost the war but won our debt.
Until Andrew Jackson cancelled the State Bank charter despite London banks
assassin missed. So moral of the story for war mongers with bank rolls to protect,
make sure you do not miss.
ED: Or perhaps start a war and protect against any unbalancing trend.
