Suddenly it makes sense why the war on Iraq was created... and as of now I hate both the CIA and the Omega Agency, why can't someone create an intelligence agency that runs things properly without exerting too much control over its people and, having an Omega Agency which is completely unconstitutional?!
how did congress let this happen?
