This is the Judiciary system of the Mind.

Everything we touch smell, see and hear is assimilated and assessed by the thoughts in the brain. The thoughts scanning over all images, physical stimulii and data received with a somewhat skeptical and calculating mind.

This mind poised like a librarian in charge of some sacred library of life labeling and categorizng specimans for filing. The hall rows of books created by the efforts of the conceptulizing thought producing a filing inventory system for memories. The person wandering between the shelves the quiet observer and voice; who if tries to attempt to speak up will be reprimanded quickley into silence by the Librarian.

Oh yes and she is a tough Librarian. To be there at the front desk with a book to loan out will go under her scrutinizing eyes, for the approval to remove knowledge from the library comes at her discretionary approval.

The discretionary approval being subject to argument of im right and your wrong over the contents within the book, its phrases of knowledges and linguistic pursuits of ideology and truth.

The context of meaning and the reading between the lines, yes you are are under direct examination by the prosectutor of life........Your thoughts.

Any infractions against the Librarians rules or its inventory of knowledge will see the prosecution process start, where you will be placed under direct examination to justify yourself.

Your defence wil be your silent voice hidden in the back ground behind the rows of library books. Its attempts to move forward to the librarians desk to defend you will be fraughted at every attempt by the prosectutor.

This is the Judiciary system of the Mind.
But who is the Judge residing on the Bench?

Great post. But I think what we touch smell, see and hear results in how we feel about ourselves and the world which, of course, leads us to what we think with perhaps some slight differences. On the one hand you know and on the other you settle into it like a comfortable old shoe.

The below certainly applies to myself in so many ways. It shapes who you are and takes a great deal of will or sometimes a crisis to question and breakaway.

The rest...hmmm, no so much. I think many here have or are in the process of breaking away.

Breaking away to exactly is something to be considered, and in its context of arduous removal from the library of held statos quo will it mean the leaving behind of a lesser evil.
