If you notice at the top of their magnetosphere readings page, they suggest if things look fairly boring that you look at some interesting readouts from magnetic field events that occured in the past, which they point you to.

But it could VIBRATE the frequencies in those lower regions of the atmosphere. HAARP can influence those frequencies.

Vibrate the frequencies. Nice phrase with no semantic meaning.

Electromagnetic radiation does not affect neutral particles. The ionosphere is composed of charged particles, that's why it is called the ionosphere. Lower regions of the atmosphere are composed of neutral particles.

Does the air in your microwave oven get hot?

You know Phage....how come all you have is comments? Where is all your "evidence"? Is it from the HAARP site itself? Is that a credible source...like NASA???
Please...they can't even tell the truth about the moon landing.
Anyhoot...perhaps you MISS one MAJOR part of HAARP's real name:
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP)
Keyword: FREQUENCY

Annoyed.
But HAARP does not transmit sound waves. It transmits electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic radiation does not cause neutral particles to vibrate.

No, HAARP was causing the 7.7 earthquake just off Canada, which itself triggered a tsunami warning.

You seem to have HAARP doing two opposite things at the same time, or...

HARRP has nothing to do with either. That's a possibility too. Nah, couldn't be (adjusts tinfoil hat).

Where is all your "evidence"?

Where is yours? All you seem to have is a lack of knowledge about what you are talking about.
How about some actual evidence that HAARP can do what you (and others) claim?

Yes, HAARP uses high frequency radio waves. You need to get over your misuse of the word "frequency".

My opinion is that HAARP can FINE TUNE it's antennae, to locate any frequency they want to control, amplify it, and have it do, whatever they want it to do. I'm pretty sure hurricanes, and tornadoes have certain frequencies they move under. Find those frequencies (HZ), vibrate those frequencies, and Voila!
...

With all the thought and interest you are putting into how the weather might be used as a weapon, I take it you have done some research into the basics of meteorology? Because that would help you narrow down what is possible and what is not, so you can chuck out the theories that are impossible and focus on what actually is.
Saying you're 'pretty sure hurricanes have certain frequencies they move under' that would respond to some kind of resonance matching, isn't really good enough.
Or if you don't have the time to study it properly, just ask a meteoroligist, they could at least confirm whether or not it's in the realm of something possible.
Personally, I am doubtful that what you propose is even remotely doable, but I could be wrong.

HAARP works with HIGH FREQUENCIES; above what is AUDIBLE

A sound wave is a type of pressure wave caused by the vibration of an object in a conductive medium such as air. When the object vibrates, it sends out a series of waves which can be interpreted as sound. For example, when someone hits a drum, it causes the membrane of the drum to vibrate, and the vibration is transmitted through the air, where it can reach the ear of a listener. Not all sound waves are in audible range. Humans hear around 12 Hz to 20 kHz, meaning that sounds above and below this range cannot usually be heard, and some animals can hear at higher and lower ranges.SOUND

Electromagnetic waves are formed when an electric field (shown as blue arrows) couples with a magnetic field (shown as red arrows). The magnetic and electric fields of an electromagnetic wave are perpendicular to each other and to the direction of the wave. James Clerk Maxwell and Heinrich Hertz are two scientists who studied how electromagnetic waves are formed and how fast they travel.

Sound looks no different!

Actually, it does. Sound is a longitudinal wave. A compression wave. A mechanical wave produced by movement of molecules.

Longitudinal waves include sound waves (vibrations in pressure, particle displacement, and particle velocity propagated in an elastic medium) and seismic P-waves (created by earthquakes and explosions). In longitudinal waves, the displacement of the medium is parallel to the propagation of the wave. A wave along the length of a stretched Slinky toy, where the distance between coils increases and decreases, is a good visualization. Sound waves in air are longitudinal, pressure waves.

But not only does it look different, it is fundamentally different and the fact that you do not know that indicates that your conclusions about what HAARP is capable of are completely invalid.

Weather modification has been around for a long, long time......

Don't believe all the "that doesn't exist B.S." from our government.
Of course they're going to say "fictional scenario" .....

There is no way that they ever will come out and say, "Golly gee, yes fine folks around the world, of course we can manipulate the weather. Just don't tell the UN"........

That being said, we're not the only country that likes to dabble with the weather.

-------------------

Besides, if this does not exist, then why did the UN put a stop to any warfare by hostile weather modification ??
No point of them bringing it up if it wasn't possible to do...........

1977 UN Environmental Modification Convention Main article: Environmental Modification Convention Weather modification, particularly hostile weather warfare, was addressed by the "United Nations General Assembly Resolution 31/72, TIAS 9614 Convention[20] on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques" was adopted. The Convention was: Signed in Geneva May 18, 1977; Entered into force October 5, 1978; Ratification by U.S. President December 13, 1979; U.S. ratification deposited at New York January 17, 1980.[21]

Yes, I've been studying this for a long time....
And if that was possible in the 1970's, imagine how far they have come today with all this technology...
Just saying.....

Don't be a sheeple, think out of the box.......and I mean that with the the utmost respect.

It's in Human Nature to want to create some thing meant to be good, only to be used for the destruction of others.
And it would probably scare us to death if we really knew what our government, as well as those abroad, are creating behind closed doors....

Much respect~~

The electromagnetic waves that compose electromagnetic radiation can be imagined as a self-propagating transverse oscillating wave of electric and magnetic fields. This diagram shows a plane linearly polarized EMR wave propagating from left to right. The electric field is in a vertical plane and the magnetic field in a horizontal plane. The two types of fields in EMR waves are always in phase with each other, and no matter how powerful, have a ratio of electric to magnetic intensity which is fixed and never varies.

Sound waves look EXACTLY THE SAME...when viewed through an oscillator.

If someone suggested that you could save money by using lower decibel light bulbs you would probably look at them like they're crazy, right? That's how your post comes off. Not a slam, just trying to illustrate why you need to learn the difference between sound waves and EM waves. You can begin with the difference in the speed at which they travel.

I don't think he is denying the differences he is showing the similarities.
You would be able to change the decibel of the electric that powers the bulb and not the decibels of the bulb.

It doesn't matter what the "wave" is. Waves move in FREQUENCIES. The size of the wave depends on its frequency. Perhaps you should learn more about frequencies. And you cant exchange db's with watts, volts or amps. 2 different types of measurements. But you can compare EM waves with Sound waves because they both are measured in HZ's.
Do you have an equalizer? Look at it's frequencies. Those frequencies can be MODIFIED.....changing the entire sound! Well....same thing goes with EM waves.

The electromagnetic waves that compose electromagnetic radiation can be imagined as a self-propagating transverse oscillating wave of electric and magnetic fields.

en.wikipedia.org...

Here's what the source of the image you posted says (you should have provided the source, it's sort of expected here.

Sound waves travel through the air by the air molecules vibrating backwards and forwards. This ‘backwards and forwards’ motion of the molecules in a sound wave means that sound waves are LONGITUDINAL WAVES. The faster the vibration the higher the pitch of the note and the bigger the vibration the louder the note.

See the difference? They are not the same...at all.

Sound waves look EXACTLY THE SAME...when viewed through an oscillator.
You mean an oscilloscope? Do you know what the oscilloscope is actually showing you?

Yes, it's showing me the visual of a SOUND WAVE! This is important to know...because in music, you don't want your waves to cancel out.

And, in case you didn't know....sound not only travels....but it MOVES THINGS. This why a recording studio has to be darn near AIR TIGHT and SOUND PROOFED!

I'm familiar with decibels as a measure of SPL however decibel of the electric is new to me. Always happy to learn though if you have more to add about that.

OMG I just heard on TWC that there are cruise ships that are taking to sea right now WITH passengers!!! Holy crud, are they kidding? They are thinking that to have them anchored close to shore would potentially be more damaging to the ships and the ports but PEOPLE on the ship out at sea during a hurricane and 30+ foot waves? The only advice they had was "Hope the passengers have their Dramamine"!!!

I would say "Get me OFF this ship NOW"
