I agree with you and as the act was filmed during the act - they are complicit as abusers also. The floor manager and cameramen and any other crew members who witnessed the act and failed to report it - are all complicit. This of course is only true in an ideal world where everyone has a conscience.

Where were all her male relatives? This guy needed a visit from her dad, uncles, and cousins. That would help him control himself, especially if he was missing a few parts after they were done with him.

Just read an article on this creature in the saturday (today) edition of the Sydney Morning Herald. Among comments about his life he was awarded commendations by the Queen and the Catholic Church.

So - he was well protected it seems - for those who know their cabal/illuminati/whatever roll call. No surprises as to how and why he got away with his predatory behaviour for so long.

I think his segment would probably look something like this:
