You can always remove your off topic post yourself if it bothers you.

Just hit edit and put something pertaining to the thread rather than to me personally in there.

Don't forget to remove those unsightly panty lines...which is what I call it when people leave the "edited by" notice there for each and every time they edit.
Those can be removed, at least down to one. Good luck. Hopefully you haven't timed out. I think you get something like 4 hours. Surely you can think of something on topic by then.

Cheers
Frank

When 95% of the actionable intelligence is kept from us and the other 5% is fraught with disinfo and misinfo, we can expect much speculation, masquerading as truth. As mother always told be, make the most of what you have. Obama has the transparency of a manure pile and the track record of an amateur. Ask me if I'm impressed?

There have been what I feel are unsubstiantiated attacks on this President who by all definitions is not Liberal but a neocon. Let me clarify what I mean by unsubstantiated attacks and by that I mean making a big deal and attacking for what other Presidents clearly got a free pass on. In this video a Liberal caller, Mike Stark, punks Rush Limbaugh and the two of them are discussing Ronald Reagans Presidency. Caller starts out asking why Reagan gave total amnesty to immigrants and no one called him on it. In this caller is very polite and takes Rush off guard but as Sam Seder says worth listening to. Compare Ronald Reagans Presidency and policies with Obama and you'll quickly see on many issues Obama is farther right than Reagan. One begins to get the impression they are intent on being disagreeable more than being right.

I am sick of seeing all the Obama haters creating threads which purely go out of their way to demonise Obama, for things he clearly didn't do. Furthermore, these threads are created with the sole intent to confuse the readers and/or make them believe things that are not true. This is corroborated by the fact that the posters tend to overlook critical parts of the story altogether, instead, picking apart and creating a situation that fits them best. Here are some recent threads as examples. Both have been proven false, yet are promoted as the truth:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

www.abovetopsecret.com...

It's time to stop with this unsubstantiated bull crap which boards on the edge of disinformation!

No one is out to "demonize" Obama. The fact remains that he has some real problems and issues and he and his staff are not who they appear to be. The fact is that Obama has tried to turn America in to a Socialist State and that he follows his fathers socialist / marxist beliefs. Sorry to disappoint you.

You chose two unfortunate examples.

The first is a thread entitled: "Oops! Obama Says He Wants Wind Turbines 'Manufactured Here in China'" As the report states:

"I want to build on the progress we've made. Doubling clean energy. I want fuel efficient cars and long-lasting batteries and wind turbines manufactured here in China! I don't want them manufactured in China, I want them manufactured here in the United States!"
So, Obama did say what the headline indicates. It's completely true and substantiated. We may wonder what Obama meant, but he did say those words.

Yes, however, members of the thread are demonising Obama, simply because he slipped up. He just got his lines mixed up.

Your second example is too vague to be properly considered an example of anything. It reports the Rolling Stone interview and accurately reports what Obama said. Again, there is discussion in the thread as to what he meant, but no question that he used b---------r.

Yes, it accurately reported what Obama said, but the poster of the thread decided to run with the lie that Obama had said that in response to a question from a young child, when in fact he did not. The conversation had changed by the time Obama made that comment...nothing to do with the child. He was demonising Obama for something he didn't do...something common for a deluded Romney supporter.

Just because something doesn't make Obama look good doesn't make it unsubstantiated or hateful.

There are many other threads here which hate on Obama utilising unsubstantiated claims.

'Something common for a deluded romney supporter'....
So when people take AIM at Romney its ok... but if someone takes a shot at Obama they're going to far? Most of the people on this site, if you havent notice, are neither Romney OR Obama fans. You're being a typical Obama supporter... "Its cool to go out of your way to demonize the opposition by I'll be damned if you demonize MY guy!"

See my point when I say "typical Obama supporter"? You're classifying people. Most of the threads are TRUE in the OPs. With video proof to back up the headlines. Maybe comments afterwards stray... but that's not the OPs fault.

Also... if you are getting annoyed with these... why didn't you make a thread against the people demonizing Romney?
I've seen on here... "Romney lies to help screw a friends ex wife" "Romney abuses his dog" "Romneys Bain Capital wants to bankrupt companies"... There are just as many for Obama as there are AGAINST Obama... yet your panties bunch up only for the Obama haters? Maybe you should open your eyes and be objective. You come off in your OP as very, VERY closed minded.

All of this fighting between Obama supporters and Romney supporters is being done in vain. There's something going on that should inform you that this match is just a play, and that we do not have any real control over those who govern us.

While you might not realize how something that seems so insignificant can actually matter in such a huge way, if you watch this video and use your own curiosity and intuition, you'll see what the real issue is - that McCain, Obama, and Romney, Congress, the Courts, Intelligence Agencies, AND BUSH, have been on the same team the whole time. Plus, IT IS SUBSTANTIATED, against each candidate.

Please, check out this video and send it to your friends. This information needs to get out before the election. The video is long, and the guys go on some unrelated tangents, but it is worth sitting through to understand what's going on. They progress to the main point kind of slowly, but I think it's necessary, given the years of bias they have to fight through to get most people to see what's going on. Here it is:

In response only to your thread title. Look up all of his presidential orders since the begininng of office like most of us had. Then look at all the presidential orders since Lindon Johnson. And see that we have VERY MUCH EVIDENCE FOR NOT ONLY HATING Barack Obama But the entire political agenda since the mid sixties.

The Presidential Orders that he has signed are appalling to say the least.

Obama is a good man I'm just amazed how people think He has been a good president when His record shows He doe snot have nearly enough epxerience.I don't do the crazed whacky stuff that Obama is gonna kill is all nonsense.I still do not trust Obama though.

The more I read and the more He talks the more untrustworthy He becomes to me.

Yeah of course you hate it, but I don't because I'm intelligent enough to understand that Obama and Romney are the same, and both controlled by international banking and global corporate interests. So I really could care less what anyone says about Obama or Romney, because they are both lying, and are both going to carry out the exact same policies.

Maybe one day you will realize the same thing. But it will probably be in your next life.

Nah, no "good man" lies to millions of people, day in and day out, for years and years.

Agreed in its entirety. After seeing the 'Put the White back in the White House' T-Shirt, I started to get very irritated with those who were vehemently pushing their hatred for Obama into the public. I mean I've heard everything at work that was ill about Obama, and quite a bit of it had racist innuendos.

Who cares if he is black, who cares if he is muslim, it's no reason to point a finger at someone.

I have tried to Give Obama the benefit of the doubt. However his complete lack of transparency. His complete lack of compromise. His complete lack of effort to revive the economy in the first 2 years when he had both the House and Senate. His constant lies about anything that might effect his re-election. His flip-flopping on everything just to garner votes. His campaign of hate and lies. His lack of any sort of plan for his possible next 4 years. His obvious hate for America. His bowing to China. I must stop now. If i go on it will be too much for the ATS server and it might crash. Total disaster, total amateur.

I don't hate President Obama, but I hate what he does. I pray every day for our President. President O'bama
is the most ungodly President that I can remember. I remember J.F.K. through-. President O'bama is doing
every thing that the God of the bible hates and that brought distruction to every nation in the past that followed
that path.
I do not hate President O'bama, in fact I hope he repents before it is to late. Both for him and this America.

It really has become an epidemic. It is quite unfair, considering, as you state, Obama was not actually responsible for much of what he is being blamed for. Not to mention that so many are blaming Obama for the current state of affairs, which have actually IMPROVED from when Bush was in office. Go figure.

The vast majority of them are reasonably well substantiated, you just choose to not accept reality, it is not rose colored to your liking, or in other terms, you deny reality.

I am no Obama and and personally abhor many of his policies. But I agree there are a lot of idiots on here spewing a bunch of vitriol about Obama. They love the Commie! Socialists! Evil Muslim! birther rhetoric and are nothing but a bunch of trailer trash losers who get a hard on watching that cesspool known as Fox News.

I love how you say the 'rhetoric' then call them 'trailer trash losers'. It shows your ignorance.

Also it would do you well to do some research. Obamas parents MET in a Russian class back in the COMMUNIST USSR days. Obamas MENTOR has been CONFIRMED as a CARD CARRYING COMMUNIST. So the 3 most important role models from his childhood to adulthood were communists and/or had communist/socialist views... and you don't find that slightly important or relevant? You need to open your eyes and look at the real world... not the one msnbc shows you.
