I really do not think they are military parachute flares. They fly in formation and have orderly conduct about them

Just popping in to add confirmation on top of those already stated:

It's Parachute Flares.

Not UFOs.

Anyone is, of course, more than free and entitled to have a belief otherwise, but, I suggest going to youtube and doing a search for military flares, parachute flares and such.

The following is skydivers with flares on for something a little bit more interesting, but, it serves to illustrate flares. Start video at around 0:29.

Not really the same thing imho. The video is indeed old, and Ive heard military flares suggestion as the most popular debunk theory, but I dont see any downward trajectory at all in the original video, apart from the one on the right which moves horizontally first and then drops very quickly.

They are pretty useless as a military flare with such a short duration and different colours, and why would they be dropping them in daylight, and where is the aircraft doing the dropping?
