And you are unable to debate it appears
1) You have no clue how I appear physically. I do work out and maintain. Sound body/mind sort of thing.

2) If you resort to personal insults in your discussion, then you have already lost the discussion.

Its good you feel passionate about something. Now just work that into coherent debate principles and you might be able to get your point across. Until then, enjoy screaming and hating the germans because erm...they are trying to gain power like every other nation on earth.

The average german today owes no apologies to anyone in the same way the people in the US don't need to apologise for slavery.

It isn't a discussion, you are a troll. Nobody but a troll would write such completely untrue and ignorant comments, because they know it will offend Europeans who have suffered at the hands of the EU and Germany.

I bit the trolls bait.

Are you suffering?
I live in the US. I am "suffering" by the chinese currency manipulation....but I see it as simply the financial realities of the world. When a nation has power, they use the power. When a nation is powerless, more powerful nations will take that nation over. As it has been since the dawn of civilization, so it will be until there is a single government, united world. The war may change from swords, to guns, to finances, but it is what it is.

As far as a "troll". Again, your debate method is to simply label and insult any opposing side...which is pretty much the way a 12 year old debates a point. Just sayin...

And finally, about the "untrue" stuff. I source my stuff. The hitler was elected being checked with actual facts, the discussion of the commission being checked by the member composition and current president of the organization, etc. I also clearly state my opinion, not as some sort of pro-german uprising, but in favor of a united europe in general...I do however blast bigotry when I see it. You want to believe all germans are the same..your wrong. I personally have a few german friends, and they have pride in their heritage and country, and also dispise the nazi party/hitler.

Will end on this note:

You post messages of support for German policies in Europe knowing full well that the majority of the European people absolutely hate it.

You post support for the EU, knowing that most Europeans despise it and feel it has held their nations down.

You are a troll.

And yes, hate flows through me, for you, and for Germans.

I normally like reading your opinions and views on subjects, but you clearly don't understand whats going on in europe right now in depth, and i don't mean to be rude with that comment, but your posts have suggested this, but this thread is not about what the germans are doing to europe its about a EU promotion poster, and i agree with you on the point of there is no need for symbolism on this EU poster.

Perhaps, I don't know as much about the greek crisis as I should, and really don't like giving opinions on the matter.
I am from a more general stance of a union being a good thing for competition sake, and also just lobbing some grenades at bigotry overall. I do understand about Hitler enough to make an educated discussion there...then there is principles in general I discuss. Its a bit cold in this area..the world must be united overall of we are to progress, and there are times where I do see the role of strong armed tactics as part of this method.

Bringing out the inner German in you.

I bet you love the idea of the hundreds of thousands of Greeks on emergency food parcels because it keeps your beloved EU together with your German best friends in charge.

Then your a bigot and perhaps a bit challenged.
I don't like many of America's policys both nationally and internationally. That doesn't mean I hate Americans...means I don't like certain policys.

Now, I have made it pretty clear I am sitting in the US currently (Florida to be exact..its rainy at the moment). Mind telling me where your currently sitting in general? I long to know of this wonderous place that has no bad policys or morally questionable outlooks...

What country you in? Nirvanastan? Peaceland?

Well. I'm sat in England, a nation that hasn't existed for hundreds of years, and wont exist for as long as the EU does, because the EU doesn't like us.

My grandfather has just had his pension in Ireland cut down to an unlivable rate, because the EU has bankrupted Ireland.

Some of my best friends are #ting themselves over the future of their country, and their family, because the EU has bankrupted their homelands.

I live in a country that will be swollowed up if the EU goes down. You are an ignorant bullhorn yank that doesn't even have the slightest, tiniest, minisculest idea about what the hell you are supporting and how it has ruined my, my families, and my freinds, as well as the hundreds of millions of other Europeans lives.

England. Right
So, you blame the Germans for Margaret Thatcher?

Germans and French together collectively hammered British Industry...you had to join...because if you didn't, you would be broke.
So, what makes you think that leaving the EU wouldn't result in the same thing?

Listen, if it was in my power, I would get some ships and grappling hooks and drag your island over towards the continental US so we could make a better union out of fairness, but you are where you are, and you got to deal with your neighbors...
History has demonstrated what happens when you give your nose to France/Germany economically speaking. There is a reason why your in it anotherwords.

The germans are a sore talking point in europe right now, with the way they are bulling Greece Spain and Portugal, your find a lot of German people are also against the position the Germans government are taking right now in Europe, as it starts to turn fascist states of Europe.
Sarkozy is Merkels yes man.

As you said to me earlier in this thread.

No doubt the Germans are the walletholders of the union, however, influence is more than just money hoarders.

That maybe so with individuals or small nations, but were talking about Germany, the world's 4th largest economy, the worlds 2nd largest gold stocks they was a crushed nation only 70 years ago, the Germans know what they are doing, and are a race of inherently intelligent people, its only been 70 years and wounds are still sore in europe, and as of late the germans have been upping there game, to the rest of europe distrust.

Just one example of many, the UK was forced to keep our borders open by the EU even though our country is busting at the seems, or we face economic sanctions, and the british people have no choice or vote in the matter.

We pay 18 billion a year to the EU and get about 8 billion back of which most goes to royal land owners and farms, the UK cant afford it, and don't want it, but we are refused a referendum to leave this german dream of a united states of europe were they hold the ruling majority.

Also you do know most Germans hate the Americans.

Its a complex subject that i'm passionate about, but this is way off OP thread...Sorry OP

You're just seeing what you want to see here.

All I see is a poster calling for co-existence among those of different beliefs, whether they be political or religious.

Francois Hollande

And he really doesn't like Merkel.

He's a *gasps in horror* Socialist and I think Merkel feels the same way about him.

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know that Sarkozy is no more.

To me, the common factor in all these symbols is that they are symbols of religions.
In other words, the message seems to be "the star of Bethlehem represents a season of goodwill for all religions, not just Christianity".
So the conspiracy that we've got here is really a "let's unite all religions" conspiracy.
(One of the implications is that they define communism as a religion- and I think they've got that point right, anyway)

With all due respect to what are obviously some real strong E.U./Greek opinions..... Americans didn't do this to the E.U. in their present crisis any more than we can blame other nations for doing it to us. In both cases, the PEOPLE living in the nations had nothing personally to do with it at all. How many Americans even KNOW whaf financial policy has been over the last few Presidents toward Europe, if that had caused the E.U. crisis anyway. It didn't.

The E.U. caused the E.U. crisis and specifically the Governments of the E.U. with reckless disregard for their citizens. I can absolutely relate...as ours has done the same to us. Governments are definitely the culprit to look at though, as they should absolutley know better as a collective whole, than to repeat the mistakes of the past. For example.....

5. Greece, Oct. 1944
Highest monthly inflation: 13,800%
Prices doubled every 4.3 days

In the fifth worst inflation situation of all time, Greece in 1944 saw prices double every 4.3 days. Hyperinflation in Greece technically began in October 1943, during the German occupation of the country in WWII. However, the most rapid inflation occurred when the Greek government in exile regained control of ....
Worst cases of Hyperinflation in History

Germany ranks above this example, as does Yugoslavia. So it's not as if there aren't multiple Governments here who should have seen by looking in their own fairly recent history, where the planning of recent decades would lead.

Hyperinflation hasn't struck yet and maybe the U.S. will be the one to see the worst of that...but there aren't many Governments in the industrial world that cannot be given some degree of blame for this mess we're in. They all get the VAST majority for blame where their OWN nations are concerned, IMO.
