In order to reach a truly accurate conclusion, ALL variables need to be taken into consideration. You are focusing mainly the birth rate, while disregarding other pertinent factors.

Canadian immigration is strict, its getting more stricter.. because i think now they want skilled people only.

But i have not met anyone in Canada seems offensive to me..

I have spoken to three Canadians (a young man and an older couple) who spoke of their discomfort at getting dirty looks as they walked through China town in Canada due to the fact that they were not ethnically Chinese.

Also, lot of people misunderstand people gestures....

for example, in Asian cultures(china, India etc), having arms crossed in front of your chest = respect, it means totally opposite in western culture, where it means boasting or trying to intimidate.

Source: i live in Toronto, i went to school here, and school is full of people of different color. Indians, Chinese, Sri Lankans, European white(slavic), Russians, etc.

The Original post was based upon depopulation and turned into the extent that it has on culture.

I think that it is a valid thread that should be looked at critically, not emotionally.

Leave that to the political side.

The sad part in speaking of immigration is that affluent countries have huge waiting lists which often take years to resolve, so it almost comes across as a slap in the face to speak "how great" or "how open-minded" our countries are to anyone applying to enter. I just scanned an article that states we presently have a million people on the waiting list, that despite having one of the more generous immigration policies in the world. The feds tried to eliminate 900 backlogged cases earlier this year, to their shame for trying, since it was the fault of the beaurocracy in place the cases didn't get processed "in time". It was overturned after a class-action lawsuit, avoiding legal precedent possibly affecting another 300,000 cases. The realization of this mutes the discussion out of politeness - what, being polite towards potential immigrants ??? - or else becomes a caustic issue to those many minds, I envision.

It must be tough to actually relocate to any wealthy country these days, are all waiing lists so lengthy? My sympathies to those in the process of trying.

I think the OP said that the racial groups that created western culture are not having children.

Since all races are the same, how long will it be until the next race or region stops having children and what might be the cause?
