Did you hear about the monkey who pulled the fish from the water?
The monkey was saving the fish from drowning.

It is a contemplation and a joke combined into one.

I believed my mother was an angel and my father was a demon. It was the story of good and bad. I was split. When i saw the truth i realized that the angels were not angels and the demons were not demons but it made a great story.

i understand the symbology you use now. The devil and angel locked togther.

If it was your mother and father then of course they were not an angel and a demon. You didn't need to find any absolute truth or nothingness to figure that out.

I embraces all that appears, unconditionally.
I is nothing seeing something as it appears. It is neutral but emcompassing, completeness feels good.

Unconditionally, what does that mean practically i mean how does a man and woman have unconditional love?

Unconditional is without expectation. Unconditional is seeing without words, labels and judgment.
It is the non dual state.

How many hours a day do you mediatate to maintain yourself in the non dual state

That's easy. You seem to be caught up in the Yoda like back and forth which seems to be deep but it is only the vagueness that makes it seem so, when in fact Itisnowagain was talking about a very mundane subjective experience.

ETA: How can someone say "Unconditional is seeing without words, labels and judgment." and claim to be this, if he is still telling the story of mom and dad using the labels of angel and demon.

Who is to meditate? The silence (nothingness) is behind the noise - around the noise - embracing the thingness.

When did you first learn about non duality and the now. Was it an accident of learning or were you guided to that path?

The story is seen to be just a story now.
What appears presently is seen as not good and not bad. It just is, without condition.

Then why present it that way? You do realize that readers may take your labels literally and believe that there are angels and demons and that you in fact saw them battling when in fact it was nothing that deep.

Non duality is spoken about on you tube and i stumbled across it. Although it sounds gobbledeegook to most (as witnessed on ats) - i at last had found what i knew to be obvious but had appeared crazy to others.

All them videos you linked to date have been useful to understand what duality, versus non duality mean, the now and the whole, separation and the other. Not claiming im a guru just yet but its real in the sense that i cant dispute anything you have described in the concept of the now.

i do understand completely your reference to the angel and demon symbology.

I'm not.

I'm just pointing out the inconsistencies in your non duality.

I am not an angel.
I used to watch the angels and demons fight until the angels fell of their pedastals.
There are no goodies or badies.
Just clarity and ignorance.

This is the original post where angels and demons were mentioned.
I said there are no goodies or baddies - good/bad is dual.

Yet you feel compelled to tell the story of mom and dad being good and bad and label then angel and demon. Why didn't you just leave it at "I'm not an angel"?

What is; is.
Then a word appears. The word is what is appearing but words can cause the blood to boil if the word is given the power of your belief.
Is what is appearing deserving of desecration?
Can what you stamp upon 'this' be true or is it just misleading?
