If you keep the discussion to geo engineering you would get support instead of arguments because it is a threat we recognise. Well if they are "artificial clouds" then they are not chemtrails - clouds are, after all, pretty much just water vapour - like contrails.

Actually, it does show up on the map - there a fish symbol indication ocean fertilization over Canada

(Obviously all these small scale tests are small scale tests to determine whether it will work and whether they may be any unforeseen consequences)

If the aerial activity has been constant for the last three years in what way is not normal?

I have explained in previous threads how it is commonplace and perfectly normal that people just dont notice aircraft until the weather will support persistent contrails, when the evidence of their presence remains for hours, how have you determined that what you witnessed is not due to that?

they can be made out of dust, metal particles, or chemichals

Indeed they can be - in which case they are usually called "dust cloud" or "cloud of metal particles" or "chemical cloud".

Well, I see my plane every time I climb into it, of course, so trust my eyes that it is there.

I am Impressed though that you can see every single plane in the sky at all times, even the ones that aren't leaving trails and even when you are indoors, rather than just seeing the trails of all the previous flights on the days they persist, like the rest of us mere mortals.
