Flu-Shot ID Chip Implant?

Has anyone thought that maybe the govenment is saying that there is a shortage of the flu shot because in reality there is a shortage of the ID chip implant?

Could it be that the manufacturers of the ID chip cannot produce quick enough hence the shortage reports?

I mean after all this is an ideal way for our goverment to assign our tracking and numbering if they wanted too.
