Prime Minister Stephen Harper just happened to be in the area when he noticed Patrick Sullivan and Jocelyne Potvin posing for their wedding photos on Saturday and decided to congratulate them.

Could i decline to have him in my photo? I would much rather Obama or Romney

Also when ever I see his face I find I get rather mad for no reason .

I would of told him to sod off if I were these kids getting married .

Also what is just driving around by himself looking for any chances for a photo ops?
