I doubt Israel did that. That's 1000 miles away and no threat to Israel.

Eritrea used Israeli warships and huge logistical support from that naval base during its occupation of the Yemeni Hanish Islands in 1996. The sources disclosed that Israel has presence on two Eritrean islands: Dahlak and Fatma. The Israeli nuclear wastes are accumulated in these islands. Israel also has monitoring centers on the Red Sea to oversee the Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Sudan, in addition to oil movements. Mossad is said to have a very active intelligence gathering station not far from Eritrea's borders with Sudan. However, Eritrea condemned Israeli military action during the 2008–2009 Israel–Gaza conflict.

Very Odd indeed..... The Sudan claims Israel did it when Israel is so FAR away and for....a munitions factory? Israel has done major operations in the recent past, like the Nuclear facility of whatever kind they hit in Syria a few years back. This doesn't compute though. The value of the target seems 0 to JUST the logistics of safely doing it at all?

I would note though... Eritrea has been a major U.S. Ally and relative safe harbor for a long time now and Djibouti is basically a big drone base on U.S. maps. Those two are, by contrast, quite close. Just my thoughts...

I agree, it doesn't make a lick of sense.

I'm thinking if's more of a cover up by the Sundanese and lay the blame at Israel's feet, saying it was an attack.

JMO.

.

To be honest, initially, I thought this as well, bg. But then I remembered General Wesley Clark's memo:

Might be a little early to say, but we know the MSM will either black this out or cover it up. I...just...don't...get it.

"Sudan is a dangerous terrorist state. To know exactly what happened (there), it will take some time to understand," Amos Gilad told Israel's army radio.

"Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir is regarded a war criminal. Sudan has also served as the operational base for (the late Al-Qaeda chief Osama) bin Laden," Gilad pointed out.

"The regime is supported by Iran and it serves as a route for the transfer, via Egyptian territory, of Iranian weapons to Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists," he told the radio.

I think the above statements mean something !

Hey Warmongers Neocons and Zionists

Do you honestly believe that Israel can simply continue to be
judge jury and executioner

Are you so naive that you think there won't be blow back to
this kind of behavior.

Israel is DOOMED, and so are the rest of you lovers of war.

It is only a matter of time, entire ME will unite and squash that
apertheid state regardless of their nuke arsenal.

It will be a war where everyone will die.

Ooh they must be angry, it's in yellow!

If everyone will die, why have the war? Just out of interest you understand.

As a Veteran, I hope those pre-emptive attacks only hit Netanyahu and Barak....with hopes of Ben Bernanke and Eric Holder being in the same building.

Hey, I only have to hit the lottery once, right?
