Do you think this will in any way affect his changes of reelection if true?

In my opinion, it would lead to a whole new level of "stink" around the diatribes from both sides, it shouldn't be relevant to his chances. Not unless the divorce papers are for some particular reason we don't know from the article...

It doesn't specify in the article if the reference to the papers coming out are from the previous instance mentioned in the book, or if it is in fact some more recent development. Anyone care to take a stab?

If its divorce papers...I really wouldn't care much one way or the other. Now..if the reason for filing was abuse or something...that would be news.

Early on Obama admitted he cheated on Michelle.

I think this was early in his first term campaigning.

I don't know what time period it happened - - but Obama was honest and outspoken about it.

So - it would be no surprise to me that Michelle at one time filed divorce papers.

This is not shocking in any way to me.

This is old news, I heard about this before......I hope trump is not going with this.

It's not important, and it's old news, now if he was releasing information about what his name is on his birth-certificate and if he scammed Columbia university into letting him go to college on foreign student aid, now that would be interesting.

If that is what it is, then its another epic Trump fail. What married couple doesn't have divorce papers in the nightstand just waiting on signatures? How many marriages has Trump mangled? Didn't seem to hurt Newt, or Clinton, or any of the Kennedys.

Seriously though, who cares if Obama and his wife were seriously thinking of splitting up a while ago! If they were thinking of divorcing that it had to do with something that happened with Obama of this nature???

I don't believe this will be a factor in the race for Presidency. Donald just likes Romney's business sense because I am sure they both have investments in countries like China and Iran so therefore I think that is why the Trump wants Romney to win and he is bashing Obama any way he can!
