Great question I have.

If you believe in the Tanakh/Torah as 100% truthful, then why do Jews believe that the Kabblah is not truthful but more symoblic than truth. Even though the Kabbalah is kind of like a side-story of Genesis...

Or is it more of Jews believing in whatever they feel as faith... Thus no real doctrine of belief, Besides G-d

Your question assumes that all followers of Judaism believe the same thing....do all followers of Christianity believe the same thing? How about Muslims?

There are many flavors of Judaism....some are closer to fundamentalists (orthodox) and some are very flexible in their views (reformed/renewal movement. True Kabbalah--not the kind that Madonna and her gang has hijacked--is pretty intellectual material that requires many years of study/meditiation and hard work to accurately understand and accomplish gematria and other Kabbalistic practices.

This is truth, but the question is still present. Learning to kabblah you must have a full belly of the Torah. (To know the Torah, studied it) for 40 years. interesting, 40...

You have a simple answer to a complex question, thus stating that the average religious person is probably more spiritual than they admit (free thinking)
