Romney is coming off as weak, Obama as strong. Romney should stop with that stupid half-smile.

I support neither of these candidates, but it feels like Romney is winning this one. I'm sure he's talking all kinds of bullcrap but he's coming across better.

He seems like the kid who memorized and practiced most in front of the mirror in for a class presentation.

America is not stronger now that he has been president.... he must be drunk. I don't understand how deluded he could be to believe that.

The half-smile is creepy. At least it cancels out Biden's constant there-you-go-again chuckling.

You know, the promises Romney is making are about as hollow as the promises Obama made. Does he really think he can follow through?

These guys are so full of crap!

Romney is only strong when he discusses domestic policy. I believe him when he says he knows how to create jobs, but that's about it.

I'm no Obama fan, for the record.

"You mean the Eighties... when America was growing by leaps and bounds, after another Democrat-induced Recession, and financial crisis?

Then Obama would have replied how the national debt grew by 186% and personal bankruptcies rose by 610%. Not to mention how the farmers went bankrupt. Don't want those eighties again.

5 steps will solve all the problems we face. I feel so much better Mitt.

What needs to happen is to release his details on each step. Pros and cons. Substance. We should have pages to sift through and make an informed decision. Not boil it down to 5 steps.

This thread is probably full of braindead shills, so I'll only address the five of you who have three braincells left.

Anyone notice that they are saying the exact same things? One is praising the other for his performance and they both are arguing about executing frighteningly similar foreign policy.

How come Romney's going off topic on America's place in the world and focusing on the jobs and economy in the US? So is Obama now...the moderator should keep both of them on topic about foreign policy, not domestic.

Yeah, the smile is clearly fake, and not helping him AT ALL. Is he trying to look "pleasant" for the audience or what?

Obama needs to not "uh" so much. I broke that habit in High School public-speaking class. It CAN be done!
