Nice attempt in playing semantics. It took you that long to make that response? Ok. Whatever.

I don't care if I fit your definition of conservative or Republican. The fact is that I am a registered Republican and I believe that we have to worry more about the people that make America what it is, rather than then blame the people that need help for America's woes.

Food stamps are a small drop in the bucket compared to other spending and it shows the lack of compassion of a certain group of people when they exploit the hardship of others for a political agenda.

It took me only two minutes after I found your reply. Any more petty issues you have?
I doubt that people who had to go on food stamps the last three years feel that their plight is irrelevant. You again show yourself to be ideology in the camp of the Obama crowd and Democratic Socialists.

And we used horses in Afghanistan.

Our commander in chief has no clue about the military.

Why is that, Obama never said we don't use horses.

As it turns out, a US serviceman tweeted out that they do indeed still use bayonets.

I am almost sure the majority of Servicemen don't want Obama as President.

That's why they support Ron Paul......but the Republicans messed that one up, didn't they?

Lamest come back ever. You can do that with almost any foreign policy concern. Iran? What is this the days of the Persian Empire? Weaponization of Space? What are you still scared of Sputnik? China is building more aircraft carriers? What is this, Top Gun?

Obviously there is a number that is too high, too low and just optimal for how many ships we have. Sarcasm isn't going to keep the peace.

Romney factualy has a lot of good experience with the business part of the eoncomy and that is the worst part of the country right now.Youd think people would be more for Romney in this election for that reason.

The left wing is way way way to gung ho for Obama it is rather absurd to watch how bad they slant towards Him.The guy has hardly any expereince at all and has showed it badly. He has zero knowledge with business and experience with business.
At least Romney has business expereince going for Him and has proven to be good at it.

Na, I find the welfare of over 40% of America to be quite important!

Want to continue on the same path, or do you find 40% of America to just be petty?

ETA after your edit:

You again show yourself to be ideology in the camp of the Obama crowd and Democratic Socialists.

You, again, show that you don't even know what socialism means but use it to propagate propaganda for a political purpose.

I wish Obama was a socialist. Then we may actually have a president that is not a fascist like Bush and the rest.

But we can dream, can't we?

I'm not sure what is lame about pointing out what Obama actually said. I can quote it for you if you'd like.

"You mentioned the Navy, for example, and that we have fewer ships than we did in 1916. Well, Governor, we also have fewer horses and bayonets, because the nature of our military's changed."

People are trying to claim Obama suggested we don't use horses or bayonets, but that isn't what he said. He said we have fewer of them than we did in the past.

Why do people ignore Obamas record of terrible job with the economy and the Libya fiasco?

Party loyalty is a powerful thing to some people. People are willing to overlook failures by their own candidate that would leave them babbling incoherently if they were made by the opposition. That is one reason this country is so divided and in such a mess.
It is the same on both sides of the aisle.

Look at the rabid Obama supporters on this thread. The only flaw some of them will be willing to admit to is that Obama should have been harder of Romney.

The rabid Romney supporters are just as guilty. There are only a few here who come across as unbiased and reasonable. The way I see it, if you can't admit to the flaws in your own candidate then your opinion has very little merit.

Yea, a sarcastic response to the question of how many ships our Navy should have. Great. Hey, I'll just start arguing that we should have zero ships. And if you try to say that's irresponsible I'll just say "Yea, except now we have this magical thing called 'the airplane' that can fly over water instead of sailing through it." Get the point?

The increase of People on Foodstamps show Obama's Policies to get this country back to work, ISN'T working !!!
The poor cant find jobs! The Middle class is losing Jobs!

That IS the FACT !

In case you haven't noticed, the increase is on Obama's watch, due to failed policies. More people in need. How can ANYONE not see this for what it truly is?????

No one HAS to vote for Romney or Obama. There are other choices.

I just don't get, and will never get how Obama supporters believe he deserves 4 more years.

...So, here is the choice being presented by the MSM...

1. A sitting President who is passionate about going down the wrong path and bitterly resents any criticism and who offers total economic disaster.
2. A deceitful, flash wide-boy who says anything, true or false, just to win the election and prove himself to his dead father and who offers government by random walk.

Sheeps, you are the one who seemed to think the numbers of people having to be on food stamos is minimal and I suggested that the people who had to go on food stamps would tend to disagree with you. That is all. You still defend Obama on this count.

Romney business expereince and the fact that Obama and Romney pretty much agree on foriegn policy should be any simple reason why He is the better choice. The guy eats sleeps business part of the world His whole life pretty much.

And Obama wants to send our troops into conflict without their bayonets and horses. Obama will downgrade our military to 1917.

Anyone know where to find the polls as to who won this debate to the people? Just curious at the percentage. I always seem to get curious like that

This is quite simply a most ridiculous argument. I cannot believe you and others keep using it over and over again on this forum. It really shows the desperation.
