Anti-Gravity Craft? UFO? Or Hoax? [Picture]

I stumbled upon this youtube video and the language is in spanish so I don't understand one word from it.

Not sure if this was posted on here before. But wondering if anyone can identify this picture I cropped from the Youtube clip. If real, is this a top secret military anti-gravity craft? Kind of looks like it. Not to say it could also be hoax. No other sources anywhere on this, as I have looked.
