Medical devices controlling insulin, heart rhythm and other vital functions can be hacked. Death by hacking leaves no evidence of murder; the devices
are not regulated for security.
Accidents happen, like when your garage door opener opens the wrong door, or walking through an airport security device makes your insulin pump bugger
Murder might not be a huge risk, but maybe someone is getting impatient about their inheritance. Or maybe Dad can't cover his kids' medical costs any
more and he's looking for a way out. Never mind those pesky political conspiracies - no need to arrange any plane crashes these days.
My advice? Stay young, healthy and free, and avoid the need for medical care.
