You're a policeman standing there protecting people from a baying crowd. In the confusion you're not exactly sure what's going on so you glance backwards to make sure the people you are protecting are safe and you see, a Starbucks logo, a pair of golden arches or maybe the logo of the bank you have an account with, not people. You are protecting an entity.

At that point, as a member of the human race, as a person with humanity and dignity you MUST question what you are doing.

See it really wouldn't take a lot would it?
Just get 1000+ people in every town and city to go around the shops who "avoid" tax and make them close like this... either daily or weekly... and they would all be paying tax before you know it.

The cost of policing, lost business.... etc, would FORCE the government to do something.

Sad that most people think they cannot change anything, that everything is the way it is and people have no control.
