International monitors at US polling spots draw criticism from voter fraud groups

The throw this out there... The part you highlighted states all national laws.. Federal laws in the US are national laws where as state laws are just that, state, and will vary from state to state.

They are not allowed inside polling stations in either state, and I imagine something must have occured that prompted the 2 states to make the comments they did.
