Haha..sounds like Toshiba owes the fine, not the guy who owned the TV lol..

Poor guy, hopefully he gets reimbursed and a refund, or at least another TV..

Is it possible it was made for a specific purpose for someone in the field & it just got put in the wrong bin on it's way out of the warehouse?.
