Man dumped by his girlfriend wins $16 MILLION lottery

A man who was recently dumped by his girlfriend has had the last laugh after winning $30million on the lottery this week. Sandeep Singh, 22, from Cape Cod, had also been working two jobs in an effort to get by - but he will now be able to quit both after landing the Mega Millions jackpot. He became a multi-millionaire by splitting the $61million prize with a ticket-holder from California.

The lucky winner revealed that his girlfriend had recently left him - but now he is 'suddenly starting to get over it', according to WCVB.

'She broke up with me,' he said. 'But right now, I'm not really worried about it. I was heartbroken at first, but now I am getting over it.'

I can just imagine a call from the ex:

"But Baby...You know I didn't mean it...I love you! What? You won some money? No, I never heard about it"

You never know, there might be a good reason why she dumped him.....she could be better off now without him rather than millions richer and with him. Has she said why she dumped him?
