Mysterious glowing Object on Mars

Hello ATS ,

Here is a mysterious unidentified object on Mars . In the photograph , you can see a bright glowing dot . This set of photos is from NASA Opportunity Navigation Camera SOL 115 . What is your thought regarding this object ?

Burned out pixel maybe? Hard to tell. But a great catch none the less. S+F for you.

lol had to laugh at this one... looks like two rail road ties laying there one is half buried.

is this really mars? lol


if u follow the tracks the rover is coming from that way.. so probably thats where it landed.. or thats what they will say..

The things that look like petrified wood are more interesting though.. there are three or four of them if u look through all the pics

Yes that photograph of that silver thing is odd, it also looks like the ground to the left and right of the object has been disturbed like a shadow effect, so why just the side? why not front too? if the silver object has fell onto mars a round ground area plume of dust would be seen, so maybe it did not fall, maybe it was put there.
I think it could be proof that 1000's of years ago it was visited, or it was as lively a planet as earth is today.

Why is everything a video now days. They even make videos of pics and call them slideshows.. I dont get it
And the glowing thing? Idk, maybe a glare on the camera lens or an alien signaling the rover with a mirror

Double whammy, the log and the "glowing object ! Two for the price of one.
I've seen so many artifacts, structures on mars to realize that for sure there is a LOT more going on that what is being told us by you know who.

I don't think what we are looking at are pieces of wood at all. Looks like the backside of some rocks that are part of the formation that are in shadow to me.

It's a layered rock like others seen in the area.
