again, it's forced. obama responded directly to a question that included the word in question, and said no it was not optimal...not optimal, meaning it was bad.

But like the poster above who suggested they joked about the event, some people just see what they want to see, even when it's not reality at all.

please point out which part of this segment was making fun of the entire matter. just because it's a comedy show doesn't mean they joked about everything. so again in your mind where are they making fun in this clip? seems like a normal discussion to me.

If you watched the show you would see at no point were the attacks made light of, or joked about. BUT.. let us pretend a reality exists where the president decided NOT to go on the daily show. In that reality the headlines would have been
