So not only are they making people who are responsible enough to prepare for
a major disaster, which could happen any time from any number of a bajillion
natural causes, into outcasts but they are are themselves pushing the agenda that they
are labeling as a danger.....

It was near the last of the video that was on the page in the link. Though it's all speculation
at this point. And he didn't have evidence that who he was following was undercover until the man pulled
up and parked at the DHS...and that is barely circumstantial at best.

I think the crime would be to ~knowingly~ follow an undercover officer. But of course we are
all considered ~guilty~ under NDAA and the TSA.....innocence now must be proven, and not the
other way around...

But what can you do....those dang terrorists are everywhere I tell ya....EVERYWHERE LOOKOUT!!!

There are laws on the books now that characterize who might be a terrorist.

Someone missing fingers on their hands is a suspect according to the Department of Justice. Someone who has guns, someone who has ammunition that is weatherproofed, someone who has more than seven days of food in their house can be considered a potential terrorist.

If you are suspected by these activities do you want the government to have the ability to send you to Guantanamo Bay for indefinite detention?

THIS is why I'm soon buying some property and building a house that's Off the Grid. I'll make my own food, electricity, water etc. I'll keep a dish internet, a cell phone and that's it. I'm Not a prepper but I'm fed up with the government and our " Corrupt Capitalistic, Corporatocracy, Fascist " society as a whole.

all gov and alphabet agencies are terrorists. Just look at the secret killings and using the suspected terrorist label to get permission to kill them. They are the ones with power and greed, they are the ones who kill people for their own gain. Keep prepping guys and don't let them win. I have a passport that I've not used for years and I will not renew it as I don't want their rfid chip and I've been to different places that are on their list which I guess would also make me a suspect. We need to stick together and show them we are not scared of them. Good luck ya'll. xx

I think this could be more the case than just being a prepper (I could be wrong though but this seems suspect to me).

From the Article in the OP.

Hicks revealed to Infowars that a supposed disabled veteran claiming to be a Navy Seal had joined his prepper group earlier in the year, but Hicks felt the man’s story seemed suspicious. Through a Freedom of Information Act request, Hicks learned the man had never been in the military even though he possessed an authentic military ID. Sometime later while out driving, Hicks saw the man’s car and ended up tailing him to a Mississippi Department of Homeland Security branch office where the man parked his car.

marketdailynews.com...

I think it was the following and confronting of a FED that caused it. I also have to wonder if his prep group was not closer to something else.

Raist

When did he confront him? It never says anything about that.
So, no, it is probably because he was a prepper and a believer of the constitution, thats what any facts we have say, at least.

Following someone with purpose is not enough to get eyes on you? Even more so when it is a FED?

I am all for prepping but I doubt that is all it took. Why would the FEDs infiltrate just a prep per group? Not saying it could not happen but I think we are missing more to this story. Was the group stockpiling weapons and becoming more of a militia?

Just prepping seems a bit odd to me.

Btw I am sure I am on a list because it kept me from obtaining a job. What list I am unsure and as I posted I have not tried to fly. I am also fairly certain as to what put me on a list as well. I would bet more than half of he US population are on more than one list.

Edit to add: if you read the article it says he confronted the FED. I didn't pull it out of my rear.

Targeting people for terrorism who are simply preppers is ridiculous, and it sends the message that the government is in fact an entity not concerned with the truth, but with controlling people. This is partly why I say everyone needs to open their eyes to government actions that take away Constitutional rights our forefathers gave their lives for.

And in a sense, AK47's DO belong in our streets, or at least in our homes, as per the Constitution, to give us a fair shot of fighting off government forces of oppression. I do not understand how anyone who is not a total moron does not understand what the 2nd amendment was written for. And I also believe that the public has a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT, as per the 2nd amendment, to own any piece of military weapon that the government supplies to its troops.

I say this because it is obvious what the 2nd amendment meant, and if the government outlaws firepower sufficient enough to be used to fight off tyranny, then essentially we do not have the same chance to defend our government. I also think that a government who was honest would have no problem giving the power to the citizens, where it Constitutionally belongs, but instead they are corrupt and thus they pass measures to subdue us more than anything else in this area.

Are we all referring to the individual who lied about his identity? As being part of the seal team?

"It’s perfectly legal for undercover officers and informants to engage in criminal activity to protect their cover."

What was the illegal activity that they were involved in?

Also, Why would they wait to nab him in Hawaii. Why not go, "Hey we noticed you followed us, That's illegal and now you are getting arrested".

It doesn't add up.

You can't wait to nab someone on charges until you feel it necessary.

SWCCFAN,

I believe you were going to be placed on the no fly list as this earlier post of yours would indicate.

SWCCFAN TSA Strip search

It's a shame you are targeted like this for your action at the patriot level and not as a terrorist. But when you make yourself known to the Government they will make themselves known to you.

Take care and be well

Sirric
