Before I do that, do you have the image saved in your ATS uploads?

If you do, then click the pic and then hit "use as avatar".

If it still comes off as over-sized then I can shrink it abit and send it to you.

I'm not much of a mentor, but I can definitely tell you what NOT to do.... since I've done most of it!!

It's a little tricky learning the ropes sometimes. I looked like I knew what I was doing but didn't have a clue

If I can ever be of any help by saying "no no no, don't do that, they'll get really mad!", just let me know

People often come by and request avatars and we even have contests from time to time. Just a nice friendly atmosphere for folks to show off their graphic talents

I'd have to do some searching and it's almost bed time. I'll definitely look around.
In the meantime, just come over to the thread and tell them what you want and somebody will probably come up with it in no time at all
