I've seen something quite similar from both looking at your vid and hearing your description. Silent, one bright, white light, kind of bobbed around around at one point--like helicopters are won't to do when they are holding position in a wind, and finally got moving again until it was out of sight.

Silent helicopters do allegedly exist, outside of that???

Hi Gut I've heard of those Silent helicopters, the technology amazes me. It's been posted that maybe it was a radio controlled device, well i'm into radio controlled devices mainly boats, but i have flown a Quadcopter, and they are amazing things but this was not one of those. After about 10 minutes, and a distance of 7 or 10 miles it just faded out.
