And if he's that rude to his own President, how will he treat foreign leaders?

Remarkable this same crowd loved Biden. Romney wasn't as likable but it was quite responsive to POTUS who was in the background jabbing too. Exactly as they should have been.

And, for the record, it was a debate - not diplomacy.

I'd much rather someone say 'No' to Putin's proxy than "wait until I'm re-elected" or the way he has bent over backward for Afghans while simultaneously claiming he holds them responsible. Hogwash habberdashery.

Bloody sin I dislike Romney (I'm a Johnson kook myself) but this lovefest for POTUS is beyond me. -Mags

(Totally took that out on HappyBunny quote when it wasn't entirely directed that way.)

Paul Ryan is not the President of the United States of America.

Big difference.

Joe Biden has forgotten more about foreign policy than Ryan, or Romney or Obama for that matter, will ever know.

Watch the third debate. I predict Obama will lose all the grounds he gained. TPTB wants Romney, this is just some "fighting" they put up to make us believe democracy still exists.

But I sure hope Obama smashes Romney some more.

Did you all see a different debate? Clearly Romney walked all over Obama last night! All we heard from him was the same crap we have heard for the last 4 years!!!

I know where my vote is going and it's not for Mr. Hope and Change.

Obama won hands down against romney. Romney was raped painfully!

It amazes me that when obama wins all the right wing nutjobs show up and see "everything is rigged" bahh, bahh, bahh......CRYBABIES! When romeny wins, as he did in the first debate......then suddenly everything is ok.

Grow up silly americans!

Yes. The moderator should always allow candidates to blatantly lie without ever asking them to substantiate their claims, to the detriment of the entire nation.

It's only fair.

Did anyone else notice that before Obama talked about the "assault weapons ban", he claimed it was to protect people from "machine guns"? An assault weapon is not a machine gun. An Assault RIFLE is a machine gun with select fire option. This is a lie Democrats often tell in order to mislead people and put images of machine gun sin their heads when Democrats push the assault weapons ban.

en.wikipedia.org...
en.wikipedia.org...

It's yet another lie his supporters and media will give him a total pass on. They seem to enjoy being mislead.

Well...I don't you think you really should be allowed to have any guns or even sharp objects at all.

Not everybody....just you.

No, I blame 0bama, the Moderator and all the 0bama fanboys for not seeing the truth of what it was.

Romney still did better then 0bama.

That was like a boxing match where the opponent and referee get to hit you.

0bama looked like a stammering clown, with the only saves for him coming from Mr. Crowley.

Yeah, ain't it a bitch when the moderator has to step in and stop a candidate from telling bald faced lies during a debate? I hate it when that happens.

Oh yeah, I know how much you republicans like to ignore women and their needs and all, but don't you think you're going a little overboard calling Candy Crowley, Mr. Crowley? You do realize that she is a woman, don't you? And a ball-busting one at that!

Hey now...Romney doesn't ignore the needs of women. He has binders full them to prove it.

It is true, Romney was crushed by Obama's victory today. Romney should do more research before calling Obama out on specific things. Also, i feel Obama performed much better than Romney and effectively crushed his attempts at attacking Obama's Presidency.

In a related story, World Champion Sheamus defeated challenger Wade Barret in a hard fought physical matchup on Monday Night Raw. Both men went toe to toe, risking career ending injuries in a brutal contest, that was only ended by the interference of the Big Show. Fans of both wrestlers believe that the performance of their superstar represented a fundamental shift in the direction of the future of the WWE.

Interesting viewpoints. I work with 9 professionals, all with advanced degrees, and all in the sciences. Out of the 8 (one sick) on last night's debate, we have 5 ties, 2 Romney, and 1 Obama. The 2008 voting record for these people is 89% Obama, including myself (only one McCain). Everyone watched the debate real-time, and as of now, self-reporting, of course, we have only 2 firm Obama voters, 1 "lean Obama" and 6 either firm or lean Romney. And yes, most of us are at least somewhat tied into federal grants.

Obama is much better than mitt romney, but I am smart enough to vote for neither.

If people voted for the socialist or green party, we would actually get REAL CHANGE!

Romney won. Obama lost.

Let me say that again.....

Romney won. Obama lost.

If you were trying to win over women voters, they vote with their heart. I was troubled by watching Obama speak. I know they were too. However, Romney gave me a sense of a better future ahead without Obama in it. I'm sure they had that feeling too.

I try to stay out of political debates, because I believe that people have their minds made up, or are sometimes too ignorant to know any better, one way or the other. However, I HAD to comment here.

Being a woman voter, I can tell you right now that Romney is NOT the choice I, or most of my women friends/family, are making. He would like women in the 'dark ages' once again. He would like women to once again be second class citizens. He would once again like us to be made to 'bend over and take it' from the men of the world. He has said that one of the first things he would do as president is withdraw all government funding from Planned Parenthood, an organization that serves the health needs of poor women who are under insured or who have no insurance at all.

He has recently pledged to push for federal abortion restrictions. Romney said he would expand a Bush-era rule that allows doctors to deny women access to contraceptives. He has pledged to restore and strengthen the "conscience rule", whereby doctors could refuse services to women that they found to be objectionable services. He has pushed for federal restrictions on abortion.

He has not answered where he stands on equal pay for women. He has not answered much about how he plans to do anything. So as an informed, intelligent woman voter, I will not be voting for Romney.

It's true that she moderated the debate in favor of Obama.

It's also true that Obama smashed Romney in the debate regardless.

Yeah, and they hated Romney's "Binder full of women" comment.

Serioulsy, he just flat out stated he mail ordered his women for his cabinet from a catalog. Nice one Romney.

Clowns? I think you should read into Paul's policies a bit more, he'd like to repeal civil rights and the handicap act, also anything to do with up holding equality. He's a real gem, that college sheeple love to follow since he spits out "we shouldn't be at war" 50 times an hour you guys think he's great. Well sadly he's pulled the curtain over you as well. Obama 2012.

Your a real gem of a thinker lol. The idea of repealing them isnt to send us into a time machine where slavery is ok. It's that the government in the first place had it wrong and never needed these laws because their freedoms are protected under the Constitution to began with. Why don't you fact check your answers lol o yeah that's right you have some dumb liberal college professor with an agenda to tell you whats true and isn't true which is great because it frees up the brain space needed for facebook time or tweeting. You should actually read the constitution get a good grasp on it then read Ron's policies and why he thinks what he thinks. Ps your the last person who should be telling people they need to read up on Paul's policies because you don't have the intellect to understand them.

This stuff comes in cycles. During the primaries you'd be hard pressed to find a pro-Obama post on these boards. Following the election we'll see an influx of threads claiming the election was rigged and that X actually won (especially if Ron Paul were running). We'll see this for about a month or so. Then we'll get a lull (expect a lot of 2012/doomsday predictions during this time) until the Inauguration. After this you can pretty much expect a higher than average number of threads detailing how the President is going to ruin the country and that we were fools for not electing the other guy. This will go on for the first 100 days or so and then dwindle back to normal.

ATS' cycles really do run like clockwork. For example, you can expect to see higher numbers of chemtrail posts starting in the next few weeks. This will last until warmer weather returns.
