Stop making non-sense.
Mr McCay deserves to be remembered and shouldn't be tied to any conspiracy whatsoever.
Besides creating the gorgeous Little Nemo strips, he made Gertie the Dinosaur, which I consider to be the first real animation (and I'm an animator myself).

I get it, Google is evil (even though it directly contradicts it's motto), but not everything they do follows an agenda. Yesterday's Google Doodle was total eye-candy and a reminder of the works of a great man. Nothing else to see here.

..Google has given a rare glimpse inside the vast data centres around the globe that power its services.
They reveal an intricate maze of computers that process Internet search requests, show YouTube video clips and distribute email for millions of people.
With hundreds of thousands of servers, colourful cables and even bicycles so engineers can get around quickly, they range from a converted paper mill in Finland to custom made server farms in Iowa.
