this would be almost MORE UNSAFE than currant systems. all it would take is HACKING into the system and CHANGING the bio metric data to suit the thief. and just think how hard at would be at that point to then PROVE it was yours, since "their" data would back up the thief.

rather amusing that an OLD role playing game deals with this issue shadowrun. one of the things to do for different things in game was to "hack" the system to deal with bio metric data, mainly to go "off the grid" so to speak, as well as for theft. almost scary is the fact that the game tho taking place in the 2050's is made possible by changes brought by the 2012 end of the Mayan calendar so good on the timing of this change they want. will we next be able to hack the net in the way you do in the game? by MENTALLY entering the computer system though implants into your brain connected to the net.
