It is almost certainly something on, or reflected in the canopy glass, it follows the other reflected lights. In this case not flying, maybe not even an object and fairly well identifiable.

How do you determine that this is on the canopy and not flying
if it was on the canopy then would they not be of the same size


To answer your quetion on are they the same as the many i have seen ,
