I remember seeing this last year. I think the answer was reflection on the canopy. And somebody did a pretty good analysis to show that, as I recall.
The saucer profile appears twice quickly, supporting the reflection theory, not that it isn't possible to have two alien shuttles involved.
That's much better! I wonder if it's a reflection within the canopy of the aircraft doing the filming? If so, it would be an internal
reflection of another aircraft. The way one object is followed by another just suggests to my senses that it's moving across the arc of the canopy.
I found two bad analysis vids on YouTube just now. The good one seems to be gone. It's been a long time since I saw it, but I think it demonstrated
how something inside the cockpit reflecting off the canopy can look like that. And pilots are aware of that and typically check for it when observing
a UFO, because they expect to be asked about it. This was also one of the things Dr. Richard Haines was training our early astronauts for, part of
this bag of tricks in the simulations he rigged up at NASA to make them better observers.
Besides, this is just a video with what can be interpreted as two UFOs, not accompanied by claims of such by the pilot.

I still dont see what your seeing no matter how many times a watch it would it not be in all the frames
If you watch it again (the second one you posted) you can see the the camera is not fixed , the cameraman follows the second plane as it moves off
scanning across the canopy , the UFO doesn't move its the action of the camera .
It may be a scratch or a mark left by a slow bird or bug spatter but it is on the canopy
Hope that helps .
