Capitalism is not an authority.Crony/rigged capitalism is. Wealth used like a pyramid scheme against people that don't have wealth.

So guess what.

I know Im going to reicive a lot of hate for this but Im not concerned:

Its not exactly the political philosophy I hold now, but in my high-school politics class (all those years ago) we had to come up with our own ideology, what I came up with was a kind of socialism in that the state owned half (49%) of every business and instead of tax the government supply came from the profits of that business--It also meant business owners could not run their business at a loss to offset earnings from another business.

Also it limited suffrage to only those who had attained a higher education, ie: you needed at least a Bachelors Degree to vote--kind of counter intuitive for a high-schooler but now that I have my quals I would update this to the requirement of an LLB (or JD) to qualify for suffrage--beacause we just cant let people vote if they dont understand the system...

...and make it 100% state owned resource/finance sector.

Hmm yes it is. Someone who owns property and hires labour is an authority over that labour. The owner makes the rules, tells you when to work, when to eat, what to wear, sometimes even what to think. But most of all they control who can work, or not.

Capitalism is crony, and rigged, period. Has been since it's beginning. In fact land owners rigged the laws that got it started in the first place.
