Maybe the buses should put a security type person on the bus now?
Not to search people, but to prevent this kind of abuse from happening?

It's hard to tell what's going on the op video.
He had a right to toss her off the bus if it interfered with him driving safely. He shouldn't have punched her though. Irate customers are everywhere and you can't punch them.

That would be true if he hadn't hit her; but now she is the victim. He had a radio; he should have called the LEOs and let them handle her. She would have gone to jail. Now it's the driver that will pay the price for his unprofessional ism.
