isn't google bad? acting like big brother after our privacy and trying to limit our free speech rights?
i mean that's the general mindset or at least a common idea among conspiracy theorists, among many others regarding google as satan's little
so why is google earth considered a credible source for spotting something out of place either on earth/sky/moon?
it's a little oxymoronic
i mean these guys airbrush every single face on streetview, military bases and so on... but not moon bases?
the reality is that on the moon and sky they don't airbrush as much or at all like they do on earth.
they let automated programs and algorithms stitch paste and overlay images as textures into the 3d terrain mapping.
it's far from perfect as these threads illustrate
but good job guys, you're debugging google earth while looking for the boogeyman
google is pleased
