Choices are very powerful. Free will is a gift, and to abuse it with poor choices holds universal repercussions. Especially her ability to end her life without taking responsibility for her actions. Weak spirited.

Hey guy, she was 12.... Talk about holding a CHILD to a high standard

Shes 15 now and when I was 10 11 12 I knew not to
pull my willy out and show it to people....

A high standard? Dont get naked for strangers is a high standard?

People are not making any sense...

Listen to yourselves. This is even if the story is 100% like she said.

Im having a hard time believing some of this. In this day and age posting a picture of a naked 12 year old girl on facebook of all places would get you arrested for distributing child porn. Not only would facebook remove and ban the account they would be obligated to report it to the FBI.

Look at the root cause. People of all age ranges, but especially teens, are exhibiting a form of group-think psychopathy. Looking to neglect. Looking to demonize. Looking to satiate some primal urge by dehumanizing & focusing pure hate. A girl flashes somebody and is socially tortured; yet look at all the young girls putting themselves out to guys day by day. They're given attention & some form of praise -- so long as no pictures or gossip are leaked. If pictures are leaked and you're a male, all the other guys start boosting your ego up like you're some hero.

People will find ways to completely neglect any form of human empathy or understanding. They become engines of psychological sadism, more or less. Our modern society thinks it's superior & morally advanced, but the truth is there's something [evil] eating away at the bonds we're supposed to share.

So many beautiful, precious lives lost.

First we must start at home and raise children to have respect and compassion for others. Once they are school age, the school must have a zero tolerence for bullying on any level.

When I was in grade school, I went to a catholic school and they had no tolerence whatsoever for any kind of bullying, verbal or physical. When I got into public school I was shocked at the constant fights between the kids for no reason. It was barbaric and cruel.

I found a post on another site and it linked to another site where someone mentioned that had talked to her online and both her parents where alcoholics and her mother told her she didn't care if she died and that was the nail in the coffin.

I would link it, but it also has the guy who did this to her phone number and address which I believe is against the T&C to link.

So this poor girl had parents who didn't care. For those of you blaming her, I don't really think it's fair when she clearly didn't have parents that taught her any better The parents are partially to blame along with the bullies.

All I can say is I feel sorry for those that do not have the human spirit in them to see the terrible shame of what has happened in this event. Those of you that like to nit pick the mistakes she made and absolve the responsibility from the bullies and people around her who should have been supporting her better then you are indeed a sad person. That is all.

15 actually, and on top of that she chose to send a pic to a guy who already had a girlfriend. This # was all over 4chan and Facebook...just wait until this is used as a false flag for more Internet domination by federal agencies.

She was 12 when she first flashed the webcam, thats when it started

From the article below: Amanda was 12 years old when she made a mistake that would haunt her until her death three years later.

So because you knew how to act when you were 12, all children should know how to act??? That makes sense...

posted this in another thread about this issue...thought it applied here as well:

Bullying isn't the issue...lack of support from friends and family is apparently the bigger issue..."I have no one"..."I need someone"??? where are the loving parents? family? siblings? zero friends?

I'll say again the key to "defeating bullies" is to ignore them...and focus on the victim...instead of outlawing words and forcing kids to be nice and making political correctness a law...

we should be focusing on the victims and praising them building them up and showing them that they are valued, appreciated, and accepted...the people who love them and care for them seem to be outnumbered by "bullies" in these cases and that is truly sad...not that people would bully her....but that there apparently aren't any other people in her life willing to build her up and support her...

THAT is where the focus needs to be...befriend someone who is being bullied...its much more effective than giving bullies any sort of attention at all...

If you have no friends it is probably because you are not the type of person that people want to be friends with. If you were traveling around the country and found yourself running into the same social problems it would be wise to look into the mirror.

Please do yourself a favor and stop it doesnt mean your heartless to think that this story has been blown out of proportion. Also this quote of yours makes you sound like a pedophile. Sorry had to say it after all apperently you want me to kill myself from the posts you had aimed at me right?

Bi Polar had nothing to do with this. Mental illness is sometimes a "manufactured" thing that comes from neglect and drugs.

Right... The police came to her door at 4am to alert her, that a picture of her boobs had been sent out..... What a dramatic idiot. I dont care if she killed herself or not, this video is stupid.

WoW buddy you are sad individual . People like you should have no place in our society.

Anyone else spot the irony in this post...given the thread? He's entitled to his opinion and you know what? I don't agree with much of what dayve says, but he's 100 % correct about this video. The situation is sad in general, sure. The girl had issues.Bullying did not force her to kill herself. And if it did, she's weak. It amazes me what assumptions people make based on one stupid article or video. ZOMG SOCIAL MEDIA IS BAD!!!! LETS BLAME IT ALL ON THAT.THE WORLD WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITHOUT IT!. Get a god damn grip people.

are you implying this girl needed to look in the mirror? That whatever lead her to this conclusion was her own self denial?? really....??
