Is she possible too smart for the office of President?

MIT Professor Noam Chomsky has endorsed Jill Stein for President of the United States.

I hope you will consider joining me in supporting Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein – both with your vote and with a contribution to her campaign for people, peace and the planet.

Financial Reform:

Break up the oversized banks that are “too big to fail,” starting with Bank of America.

Let pension funds be managed by boards controlled by workers, not corporate managers.

Regulate all financial derivatives and require them to be traded on open exchanges.

Honestly, I cannot say that I disagree with her on any issue.

Haha its sad knowing that some one that smart will never be elected here in the US. The wealthiest nation on earth, yet we cannot provide affordable healthcare to our citizens.

But we can spend 700 billion making tanks and missiles!

I disagree with most of her manifesto , apart from maybe some financial reforms in the short term, her employment policy is unrealistic , her discounted loans are based on favoritism , her infrastructure spending may work if the gain is greater then the cost govts have a poor track record here.

An alternative would be to purge the system of malinvestment and support meritocratic policies.

What makes her so smart? Her Harvard degree, that both major candidates also have?

I actually do like her, and her plans. Wish both her and Johnson would get attention from America.

Among Stein's plans is a "Green New Deal." She claims it would generate 25 million new jobs. She also wants to make health care completely government-run. She's basically an environmental socialist.

Ehh, not quite ready to embrace that far of a shift. Definitely worth looking into to for anyone, though. Her ideas have merit.

She's a bit too idealistic for the current climate, there has to be some realism with regard to the current international situation.
