I'm sorry I'm not seeing the resemblance to chimps and gorillas.

I can. The limbs, the breasts, the fingers and toes, the digestive system, the mating procedure, the lack of a tail but still the remains of a tail bone, the mouth and teeth, the genitals, the social behaviour, the muscle structures, the skull (and other bones), the brain, 98% of the DNA, facial expressions (particularly smiling).

Ya that's still gonna be a no !

1. That's a gorilla, not a chimp or bonobo.
2. That's a male gorilla.
3. Most of those similarities still exist.

"Oh you do? Ok give me a really quick explanation of how evolution works."

Should I begin with the last extinction period?

Should I begin with the concept that derived in the late 1800's??? (Darwin)

Where would you like for me to begin?

Which theory better suits your understanding and mind set?

Keep your belief... and allow others the same respect.

I was quite clear, tell me how evolution works, you're avoiding the point.

Again, science is not an opinion.

Oh really? It must have come out of thin air then. No opinions needed, huh? OOOOOk.

Science just appears for all to see with no intelligence behind it AT ALL. WoW.

So your "tongue lashing" is a cruder version of the playground retort "I know you are but what am I?". What did I expect from a creationist?
e

I am TRYING to show respect ..... something you lack.

Get over yourself. Do you really want me to break it off in you?

Stop begging for it, its making me think you are not only into monkeys... but bondage too.

It's really like a 10 year old arguing.

I knew more when you were #tin yellow.

It's funny how I've overtaken you now isn't it? I've come a long way, thanks for pointing that out.

So you don't believe in DNA parental tests, then?

you mean HUMAN DNA parental tests? there has never been a parental test that came out with someone having a monkey for a father has there? any confusion john?

DNA is DNA. Do you even know what DNA is? Explain to us why a paternity test only works on "human DNA" and not other lifeforms.
edit on 12-10-2012 by john_bmth because: (no reason given)

because they don't wanna appear on the ricki lake show fool!
and also because we are DIFFERENT. H-U-M-A-N

What specifically about human DNA makes is unsuitable for ancestral DNA analysis with other lifeforms?

You didn't answer the question, you skipped around it with a joke.

Noo.... you weren't. If you were.... I wouldn't have asked a question much less several.

Take your belief and hold onto it.... maybe it will remain the same BUT as science shows us... everything changes. Thats life so don't hold onto a belief so hard your heart shatters when it becomes a false theory and not a factual theory.

And I still didn't get the explanation, I wasn't really expecting to though.

No, not everything changes, our history doesn't change whether you ignore it or not.
