So are you going to even try to give some specifics from Ryan?

Or did you just give up on that whole argument?

I guess my point is that people will complain if they get in the weeds for their 2 min responses, but it is a left talking point about Romney/Ryan "specifics". I just wanted to point out that Obama/Biden don't even have a plan much less go into an kind of specifics.

Romney/ryan have a plan it is called a 5 point plan and Ryan tried to talked about it pass Biden's 82 interruptions.

I encourage you to go to mittromney.com. There you will find Romney’s 5-point plan for pursuing energy independence, deficit reduction, education, improving foreign trade and spurring small businesses. Further details are provided on the website that expands on these five points.

But I guess your post here is a deflection from your last one where you said Biden talked about specifics with their seriously crappy 450 billon dollar "job bill" and I suggested he didn't say a single thing..

Are you right or am I?

Also, I asked you a question about whether you are going to vote for Obama because you believe in his jobs bill...

Lol answer the questions and stop deflecting.

The moderator tried really hard to get specifics out of Ryan, he flat out refused.

Now you have to ask yourself, why is he (and Romney) continuing to refuse to give specifics about this? Maybe it's because they know the specifics are going to be extremely unpopular to the American Public?

In relation to the specifics our current President actually has done?

Last time I looked, our Economy is in a mess, Unemployment abounds, and half of the population, has misgivings on ObamaCare. Not to mention the Polarization, and class warfare Obama has played.

Now if we want to talk about Ryan, I would like to about ANYTHING Biden has done, for the welfare of our nation, the last 4 years. Last time I looked, hes too busy making the President, look worse, then he already has.........

Im not even voting for Romney, and I see it for what it is. I believe many Independents, and Undecided see it too.

Just MHO.

Like i said how much can you explain in 2 mins...that is what I call a trap, and Biden is just sitting back waiting if he did go into it in detail.

Onus, and Accountability, lay FIRST on the President, and Vice President. Either they have what it takes, or they don't.

Hes had his four years. If I was Romney or Ryan, I would constantly keep asking, WHY doesn't Obama, live up to his own realistic expectations.

ANYONE who supports Obama, needs to listen to him, in his own words.

"If I don't get this done in three years, its going to be a one term proposition."

To add, that was an unfair and loaded set of questions to Ryan. Was she also going to give him 30 mins of uninterrupted time to explain in detail? Was he suppose to explain all in detail in under 2 mins...lol

Get real

Both sides in congress say that Ryan is one of the top facts guy, and one of the few who really understands the budget inside and out as chairman of the House budget committee. To talk about Romney's economy plans is one thing he can do.

So who controlled congress for 2 years?

The One Hundred Eleventh United States Congress was the meeting of the legislative branch of the United States federal government from January 3, 2009, until January 3, 2011. It began during the last two weeks of the George W. Bush administration, with the remainder spanning the first two years of Barack Obama's presidency. It was composed of the Senate and the House of Representatives. The apportionment of seats in the House was based on the 2000 U.S. Census. In the November 4, 2008 elections, the Democratic Party increased its majorities in both chambers, giving President Obama a Democratic majority in the legislature for the first two years of his presidency. A new delegate seat was created for the Northern Mariana Islands.

*Wades again fearfully into the politically charged waters*

Just as in my view Romney came across as the better prepared and more articulate of the two in the first debate, I feel that Biden came across the better prepared, more articulate, and more capable of effective rebuttal out of the two this time around. It will be interesting to see if Obama and Romney can follow up their VPs as skillfully as they debated tonight in my opinion. In my book they both put Obama and Romney to shame in terms of actual debate, rebuttal, and counterpoints.

I'm still not voting for either of them, though. Just my two cents. Peace.

*Retreats to nap time because it's very cold tonight which makes me sleepy, and because you all frighten me (just kidding on the latter point
).*

Joe was incredibly rude, interrupting Ryan then whining the second he thinks he's not getting a word in. I cannot believe how unstatesmanlike he was. Nothing but a rude schoolroom bully, , and full of it too.

The moderator was just plain terrible and it was obvious she was deliberately trying to give Biden all the advantages, and she even interrupted Ryan on several occasions. She is clearly biased and in the tank for the Progressives.
I would much rather see Greta moderate this, as she is always very polite and self-controlled.

You know, when I saw your username under "Last reply". I made a bet with myself.

I bet that in your last post, there would be one of these words in it:

Communist
Socialist
Marxist
Progressive.

Lol see I liked Ryan's approach. He was calm, controlled, whereas Biden is an erupting volcano, violent, rude, and just plain full of bs and Progressive rhetoric. He couldn't even finish half of his statements, he would trail off practically in the middle of a word or end of a sentence.

Even Andrea Mitchell calls out Biden ....

Andrea Mitchell ?

Somethings up

The biggest lie Vice President Joe Biden told tonight was a whopper. And somehow it like got past moderator Martha Raddatz, who we were told knows everything about foreign policy. Biden made the patently false and outrageous claim that no one in the Obama administration knew that requests for extra security had been made by our Libyan ambassador, Christopher Stevens, and other members of our consulate in Benghazi.

To emphasize his lie, Biden actually said it twice.

The claim is absolutely false. So false in fact, that his pals at MSNBC called him out on it:

"NBC Fact Check: Biden Contradicted State Department On Benghazi Security"

White House Serial Lies About Libya Extend to VP Debate

RNC Chair Reince Priebus claimed that Vice President Joe Biden interrupted Congressman Paul Ryan "82 times" during the debate.

OK here is what I got from the debate a true indy i have voted for both dem and republicans over the years.

The number 1. Thing that happened was Biden stopped the bleeding and reassured his base.

2. I think the smiling and smirking may have taken away from his chance to woo some indy votes. Im sure some liked the overt aggression too.

3. i think ryan was flat and just hitting on talking points like he was on his stump speech he could have done better imo it just didnt seem his heart was in it.

4. I think Biden won but could have done alot better if he was a little less condescending.

I voted for Obama last time around but was not impressed with his leadership so was considering not voting for him this time but with Romneys pick of Ryan his far right republicanism. Also Rommneys ridiculous flip flopping and bold face lies. Hes given me no other choice othher than Obama its pretty sad the republicans couldn't find a better candidate this time around little more moderate. I would have voted for ron paul its ashame the republican establishment couldnt get behind him.

Golly.... Biden has all but stated as absolute fact that Iran poses NO immediate threat and can't pose one. We'll know in advance if they do.

Good... Then lets see the march to war stop..100% dead cold.. tomorrow. Biden just said there is no real basis for it.

All I could think about when listening to Biden discuss Iran and their nuclear weapons capabilities was "right...take your word for it that Iran "does not have a weapon", because you did such a bangup job securing our murdered Ambassador....".....I get it...they are both politicians. Both full of crap....but Jesus...I felt embarrassed FOR Biden....annnnd I'm a registered Democrat...I know that the tag lines we attach to ourselves to convey what political party we tend to support more than the other are just words...but the only thing Republican I can support, is getting Obama out of office, and hoping Romney/Ryan are strong leaders, and faithful to their country. I cannot fathom another four years of Obama/Biden. It's been an utter failure, and anybody who tries to convince anyone else otherwise, is out of their mind.

This was a complete hit job facilitated by the moderator. Biden was allowed to ramble on, make faces, snicker, he interrupted NUMEROUS times, lie, disrupt, etc. The mod watched as Biden ran the show.

The whole thing was a complete disgrace. I can't believe that anyone would declare Biden a winner either by facts or by his demeanor. He irritated me far more than Obama, and that is saying a lot for me.
