No I don't the idea is not to help "Greece" (this is how it is sold or labeled but there is no aid or goodwill, even when they allow Greece to do a partial default). The people that are providing the funds (or behind the structure) are only after the chance of having all (or a majority of) funds paid back. They are not operating in Greece best interests but their own, it is up to the Greek government to negotiate the issues or just admit that it can't pay.

There is no conspiracy or wrong doing there, don't you have pawn shops where you live, they also pray on the needy...

No I'm not German. The blame of Greece problems is on the Greek government and Greeks in general no-one else has any blame, they didn't help but nations do not help each-others, they act in self interest, it would be unrealistic to expect things to change in this instance...
