They will not let go.

They continue with this even in the wake of the recent 9-11 debacle.

Far from ‘decimated,’ terrorist group gathers strength.....

President Barack Obama’s campaign continues to claim that it has “decimated” al Qaeda, the world’s most notorious terror group, despite increasing evidence the group is expanding and despite an al Qaeda attack that left four Americans, including an ambassador, dead.

[color=cyan]On Monday, team Obama hailed what they claim is the president’s successful eradication of al Qaeda .....

Bin Laden Is Dead, Al Qaeda Is Alive

WHO Exactly do they think they're talking to anyway ?

Can Somebody please explain this insanity ??

Here's the Twitter page ....

from "Obama" himself !!
Worth a RT: Obama's national security record - ending the Iraq war, decimating al Qaeda, restoring our standing abroad

They have to lie about their accomplishments in this regard.

No president has ever won reelection with economic numbers comparable to what we have now. If he loses on this leg too, then there is nothing left for him to stand upon.

I never understood why all the hubub over Bin Laden.

Sure, I guess there is some abstract symbolic value.

But really, why bother? Why make a big deal about it?

Do the politicians and people who so actively battled to get Bin Laden (assuming they were being sincere in the first place and not simply pandering to toothless idiots for votes) share the view that should something happen to the POTUS the US would be in shambles and disarray?

Of course not. So why would Al CIAda?

Then to make the claim that some bureaucrat "got him." As if the accountants who signed off on the Apollo expenses are responsible for the moon landing and Al Gore invented the Internet. Sure, why not? We live in this happy PC world where everyone does everything. See that plumber over there? He built that downtown high rise! That cab driver? He brokered an international peace treaty by driving the assistant with the papers to the meeting where the diplomat presented them to be signed.

We're all special. But not too special. That would hurt feelings.
