I attended a funeral this past Saturday for a friend who unexpectedly passed on. I listened to a preacher for 90 minutes, discussing that death is
the darkest thing we all encounter, and then that death is the most wonderful gift we're given, then back to the former, then the latter, lather,
rinse, repeat.
I asked myself, how would I offer comfort while at the same time, not saying anything I didn't believe or couldn't defend?
Now I have something that not only offers comfort, but something I can defend that's also been beautifully written. Thank you for this.
