I'm running Netscape as my browser, so it's extreamly likely that it opens diffrent things. I wouldn't know what Explorer is, or anything else is
for that matter, my Explorer got eaten by Malblast 2 years ago

According to the Netscape site, Control+I in the latest version of Netscape opens the "Bookmark Properties" dialog. I suspect that those timestamps
might be when the copy of the page in your cache expires. As far as I know there's nothing inherently in static HTML pages about expiring.
