Yahooo!! I win! Link.

Analysis: With Iranian funds and technological assistance, Hezbollah has been trying to build up its UAV capabilities.

At least Iran has a supporting role. I think I would have lost faith in Israel if they didn't blame Iran.

I'm missing where the proof has been shown just who owned the drone? Hezbollah? Could be..... It's a little short memory of folks to laugh that off. It's not as though Hezbollah doesn't have UAV's and they've had them for many years now.

ALONG THE ISRAEL-LEBANON BORDER — At a remote Israeli outpost along the northern border with Lebanon, every day is a potentially deadly game of cat and mouse, with the terror group Hezbollah only yards away, flying its flags. Israeli soldiers in high-tech observation stations monitor cameras and sensors around the clock.

The situation became even more volatile, when in November and again on Monday, Hezbollah surprised the Israelis by launching unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAVs, that flew over Israeli towns and returned safely to Lebanon.

The leader of Hezbollah bragged at a rally that the unmanned surveillance plane, called Mirsad 1, can be rigged with explosives and flown deep inside Israel.
Source - From 2005 NBC News Article

Sounds like they've declared that capability themselves and in no uncertain terms...along with the ability to use it. I'd note Hezbollah also largely took control of Lebanon in 2011 and just prior to the whole Arab Spring waves of chaos starting over the whole region. Whatever Hezbollah could do in 2005 is multiplied many times over now. Not much question in my mind on that.

Why keep selling all these people short and talking the Israelis up like they are so superior only a False Flag of their own craft could possibly exist as a drone crossing their airspace? Hamas, Hezbollah and others aren't world class like the IDF, but they've come A LONG WAY since the days of the first uprising way back when.

So it's a false flag because some unknown guy decides it's a false flag?
Make sense.

Hezbollah is an Iranian division in Lebanon - just in case you missed that part - and have used drones in the past.

You are clearly no expert. Since 1980s it keeps getting smaller.

Not really, it's just giving back land it occupied. If it actually stuck to the 1967 borders (or, God forbid, the 1947 borders) all this business would have been done and dusted by now.

As for the OP, I agree with Wabbit and co. Hezbollah have had drones for years and are actually quite capable for a "guerilla" organisation, they are certainly as capable as many state actors in the region.

Nevertheless, it is getting smaller.
I understand that mentioning of word "Israel" can sometimes interfere with rationally analyzing the facts, but saying that British empire got smaller rather then bigger by giving back lands it occupied is also false?
