I came across this website which I'm assuming to be the official TTR website. For those who think that TTR is secret like A51, it's not. A51 doesn't have a website. And I found the section of the website that shows photos of TTR workers and what they were doing in the installation.

It was news back then since it was interesting that a gray site (or grey site for you Brits) had a website. The TTR has gone semi-public in the last few years, publishing landing instructions and such. It may be the case that they are trying to get more commercial work to keep the site in business. It wouldn't surprise me that some day the USAF kicks the DOE out of the TTR and keep the base to itself.
