I think the anti-Israel protests should be allowed, however, there should be a climate where all sides can air their views. This does not exist at
Berkeley.
Berkeley is a left leaning campus. (I know a lot of you are thinking "gee that is an understatement," but there are plenty of moderate and
conservative students there who are not highly visible and vocal.) As such, left-leaning causes are allowed to freely express their views, but
right-leaning causes are silenced by the PC police or even threats of violence.. I met one former Berkeley student who received death threats for
writing coments in the school newspaper that were perceived as anti-islamic.
